I was told I only needed to return the vehicle with 1/2 tank of gas. I returned it with a little more than half a tank and was charged $23 more for gas. I would have filled it up if I wasn't told to only put half in.
Donald NTry to have all the inventory on site to match the options available when trying to reserve the truck. I personally spoke with the representative on the telephone and he assured me that I would have the 2 dollies as requested. The provider did not have dollies, and there were other customers who had reserved 2 dollies, but having gotten there first, I got the ONLY ONE on site. Uhaul website is deceptive in allowing you to select inventory that is not at all going to be there when you arrive. This is the second time in two weeks where the items I had requested were not available, and I got charged for the items anyway.

JEFF WThe inside of the bed of the truck looked like it had been used to haul garbage, there was still liquid on the floor and smell was enough to make you puke. We aired it out for a little while which put us behind in our move. There were flies, it was disgusting. Horrible experience and the smell stuck to everything we moved.

Ryan PThe location was fine I guess but the truck was HORRIBLE. The steering wheel was out of alignment and was sideways so I couldn't see the speedometer or any warning lights. The engine sounded like it wasn't going to make it. When i opened the back it was filthy it hadn't been swept out at all (Like maybe they charged the last user a cleaning fee and then didn't clean it themselves?) And the inside of the cab was filthy too. Also I booked a 26 ft but all they had was a 20 ft and had to make a second trip because of it but there was NO discount for the smaller truck?? That's BS. It was way over priced for how shitty that truck was. I will never rent Uhaul again

After calling around and waiting on hold for what felt like years, this location had a 10' truck available! Kevin, I believe, was absolutely wonderful and he made my day! Give him all of the raises!

BARBARA ZI was supposed to pick up my uhaul at a smokey point location that I requested. It wasn't untell I arrived there and tried to check in online that I found out it was actually in lake stevens. I was on a time scedual. I was late to my destination. Very unhappy with uhaul. However the man working at the lake stevens location was very nice and helpful.

Gene YOk, the truck itself was clean, but, the engine light was on, the truck wanders, windshield wipers needed replaced, but the biggest problem I have was, the fact that no one said the tax was going to be so much,! What started out was 571.00, turned into over 700, I had no clue till I got home, and I returned the truck with quite a bit more gas then I picked it up, and paid to rent it for a lot more than I was counting on, especially with the fuel prices, and lack of finances, but, I have rented from you many times before, but I don't think I will again anytime soon.
