Please make sure you tell your next customer about the 20 $convenience fee, if you return equipment after hours. Not mentioning that alone, even after a conversation about after hours returns, is underhanded. Especially, when you do go over other upcharges, such as insurance.Vinod V.

I dispute fuel and after hours charge as the gas was a little more than expected and I sent location from my device. The truck was not even due until the next day. Last time I rented I was charged a cleaning fee that shouldn't have happened either.Wynell W.
After hours drop off fee for a car trailer are you kidding me!? I dropped it off early two days prior to due date because the location didn't open until noon. Was it hard to move the train into you gated yard!!! I have dropped off other equipment at different location when they weren't open and never rcvd a charge - this was not stated clearly in anything I saw that there would be a charge for dropping off early.Chris F.

Renting the U-Haul truck was so easy, and I was able to get it with little notice. Eric was enjoyable to work with setting up the rental. For me personally, the location for pick up was perfect.LORRAINE H.
Eric at Longmont U-Haul was GREAT! I was concerned that although I had requested a 5x8 trailer that it would not be available. He kept me informed - actually returned my calls and modified my reservations to help me with my move. Great help when I arrived with testing and hook up. Highly recommended. The door was locked during business hours and I was not able to be helped until the one person working returned from somewhere in the lot of storage spaces. There was no sign indicating that anyone would be back and I waited for over 10 minutes before I was able to get inside to get the keys for my reserved Uhaul. The person was rude and said that they could not help me with my reservation despite me having clearly communicated my reservation information. They expressed they did not have my reservation, then when they found it, reported that I had already checked out a vehicle, which was false. When I told them (again) the number of the truck on my reservation, which was outside and I needed keys for, they again said they couldn't give me keys for a checked out vehicle. I then showed the person my phone which showed that my instruction was to get the keys from this person, they then again stated they couldn't help, saying they didn't have the truck I was referring to. They then started reading the truck numbers off of all of the keys, and when they said the number of my truck, I expressed that is the one that matches my reservation and they gave me the keys. It was all so rude and this person was clearly not comfortable with the practices of the mobile check in.Gabriella D.
Even though I arrived during posted business hours, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. An employee did return and open the door before I left the premises. The parking lot does not have room for trucks 20' or longer.SETH T.

This was not the location I expected to have to pick up from and the truck was half the size of the one I ordered. The last minute change by Uhaul was unacceptable. I'll never use Uhaul again if this isn't rectified.Henry R.

There were no parking spots available for a truck of this size. I eventually managed to get it in diagonally across multiple spaces without blocking anything, but if there had been any more smaller trucks present, this would have been impossible.Seth T.

I got there during office hours and tried to do the paperwork in person. The staff told me to do it on my phone. It took more than 30 minutes of trying due to your incredibly slow servers and eventually the staff just helped me with the paperwork in person which took 3 minutes. Then they told me that as long as I had the truck back before they opened at 9:00am I wouldn't be charged an extra day. I dropped the truck off at 6:00am yet was still billed for an extra day. I tried calling them to dispute the bill but they told me to call uhaul. Uhauls customer service line is not working and the service tells me they're experiencing problems and to call back later. I wrote an email to uhaul as well. The experience has been pretty frustrating. As it stands now I'll do my best to avoid uhaul the next time I need to move.SPENCER D.

Upon arrival, the site manager was not at the office come time for my 10AM scheduled pick-up, but as soon as I called, he had arrived within 10 minutes. Otherwise, he was very assisting with the vehicle, how to return the vehicle, and where to place the key if it happened to be after hours.Craig B.

The man who runs the store was absolutely rude and should not be the representative of any business. He was 20 minutes late providing access to our rental. He yelled at ME because â€œit's the beginning of the monthâ€ and there was a lot going on. We made our reservation in person at one location but were sent to Clover Basin due to our reserved truck not being available for the time and location we booked it. We informed both locations, when reserving and when picking up that we required the truck until a specific time in the afternoon. Staff was polite however tried to talk us into returning the truck at an earlier time because trucks were overbooked. Even the next day, we still received a call asking if we could bring the truck earlier. We felt harassed even though we explained our requirements for keeping the truck. If U-Haul does not have enough trucks to meet the need, then don't make overlapping reservations.Denise R.

Be sure to inspect truck before leaving facility... My 26' truck had damage (I bought the damage waiver, so it was no big deal)... but it had me questioning myself, then I noticed that the damaged areas had been marked by U-Haul. Also note that the "standard" damage waiver does not include overhead damage. Also, the 26' truck has a very "hard" suspension, and if you carry coffee in a normal cup with a lid, coffee will splatter all over if you are driving on a concrete-paved interstate (bring along a good supply of paper towels...)Ronald F.

I recommend the staff at Clover basin highly, they were very kind, understanding, and helpfu! Uhaul as a company could begin by having the correct truck which was reserved several weeks in advance. Then, you could improve by having the truck available for pick up close to where it was reserved. You can improve your customer service call center by teaching them to be polite and respectful. You could further improve by not double charging customers for rentals and refusing to refund the over-charge until the customer calls a high-up manager. We will never use U-Haul again and will never recommend your services.EMILY W.

Although the staff at Clover Basin was very kind to us, our entire experience with uhaul has been extremely frustrating. You did not have the right size truck, you did not have the right pick up location (we had to drive an hour) and you overcharged us twice. Your customer service center workers were extremely rude and were unable to assist with our situation. We will never use U-Haul again.EMILY W.

My family has used the Clover Basin Self Storage units twice over the last year. Both times we worked with Jason, and he is great to work with. He's knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Moving is stressful, and hard work, but Jason has made those experiences easier. Would highly recommend this location. Units are tremendously clean, and you can tell dedication goes in to each and every detail of the property.James B.

My reservation was for Boulder. U-Haul changed my reservation to this location 2 days before without asking. They also moved my auto-transport to yet another location. Upon speaking with Richard Hancock a manager for the boulder/Denver area he told me I could receive some form of discount for the troubles. When I went to finally pick up the auto transport the lights didn't work. So I was forced to drive without my car for 1200 miles. And will have to fly back and drive my car separately. Richard is now not returning my emails. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.Zachary H.
