The website/app was not working for us or the attendant at drop off so it made drop off take much longer than necessary.

Paul FreitagHire customer service oriented people who follow company policy and procedures when renting a truck and returning a truck. I have rented multiple trucks and never received a fuel charge because they did not accurately document the gas from the previous driver. My time has been wasted with this matter because uhaul is not training employees at this location

Mohamad GhaithTruck Cargo bed was dirty. It had potting soil throughout the cargo bed floor. I had to sweep it out prior to loading my furniture in it. Other than that, there were not issues with the truck. The attendant at my pickup location was extremely nice, polite, and professional.

Mark DeMersYour website could not find my location on my phone. Waited on the phone for 25 minutes to talk to support. Then, vehicle key was not in lockbox. An employee at the facility finally showed up and was able to retrieve the key. It took more than 45 minutes to pick up the truck!

William PanagosAgain, another glitch in the mobile process. The app would not take the odometer reading. Fortunately, there was someone at the location who had to use their desktop computer to get the truck signed back in. I had returned the truck the day prior, but had to leave and come back during business hours. The whole self check in-check out process was a nightmare. Would never do that again. I would only pick up and drop off with someone available to help in the process. It was not quick, smooth or easy.
