Moving truck had blankets in the back, some of which were wet and smelled horrible. The owner didn't seem to know what he was doing and the office was dirty and gross.

The drop of was not our original drop off, due to road construction we could not find our way to it. Phone calls from the regional manager (female) and from the original location were rude, hostile and unprofessional. They even hung up on me while I was speaking. I will not deal with them again. The gentleman at the drop off site was very helpful and awesome to work with. Man of his word!!!
Charles IUntrained staff led to long checkout time (over 1hr) unable to provide accessories ordered. Did not check the truck in on return. Got billed for items I did not receive. Fraudulent fuel level report put me on the hook for 9 gallons of fuel for 20 miles of service.
David GBattery did not work in car. We had to purchase jumper cables before we left Kansas City. When getting to this location I called customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and rude.
Kevin MNo one was ever there, all the place is locked up and this is during their published working hours. I called the phone number on their door and billboard and no one answered and it went to a completely different number asking to leave a voice mail. It was weird and creepy. I won't return to this location.
David WWindshield inside was dirty. Had to stop and clean the inside windshield when driving into the sun. Not sure if Uhaul has a policy on cleaning the inside of the windshield. I don't fault the manager who was very helpful.

victor nReservation was late. Items I reserved (and was charged for) were not received. Customer service has not reached out regarding my dispute and the location has ignored my calls since immediately after I picked up the car.
