The trailer I rented was not usable for why I rented it. When u put the ramp down, there are two side pieces that reduce the width of the trailer. I drove an hour to pick up a zero turn lawn mower. It would not load due to these 2 side pieces. I immediately returned the trailer and complained and requested refund. I was told I had to complain to 1-800-go-uhaul. I was told I would receive a call within 3 days. Still have not received a call.

We were surprised that the truck we rented lacked a ramp, so we have a time getting heavy furniture loaded and unloaded. Otherwise, everything was great.

I was delighted to see that this farm supply store was open on Sunday morning and willing to check the vehicle in and not go through the mobile drop off app. The windshield was extremely dirty when I picked it up and they were taking care of it for the next customer. They were helpful and a delight to do business with!

The truck that they gave me was wore out. The steering had excessive play in it. I would say probably at least 4 inches of play. The dome light didn't work or the light in the back.

My car has a busted hose, it was a Friday afternoon and I was 4 hours away from home. The hey stayed open an hour later while my ride could get there. He also helped me secure my car to the trailer to ensure I made it home safely. Can not recommend this business enough! Customer service and KINDNESS at the highest level!!!!

No was was there when I returned the trailer but I dropped it off as I received Clean n no damages left it on the property a took pictures in case needed . But the experience was smooth with not issue thanks U haul for providing great service.. Mr Patterson

Make sure to let customer know you change pick up locations. It is traumatic to hear we have no truck for you then go to the next place and be told we have no car dolly for you when you are already in high stress from a cross country move.
