There was a crack in the roof of the truck I rented covered with Duck tape. So during my 9,5 trip we went through Storms several time and it leaked all over me in the driver seat.

Paul F.Nothing to do with location- When making reservation online, the add on items all come up as "no" except for the first insurance coverage option. It comes up as "yes" automatically and you have to click no coverage. The first time I entered for reservation I caught it, but the second time through I did not so I was charged extra $17 for insurance coverage I didn't need
