Very hard to find! Some poor Indian store, personal not even knows they offered Uhaul services!

Place was horrible employees did not check in my van when i returemed it and was nearly charged over 1000 $ in late fees when i returned the aame day i rented it ! Retured it full on gas from the gas station on the corner and was till charged for gas this place is ridiculous and would not recomend anybody come return vans here. Apart from getting help from anyone took forever as they opparate from the back of a grocery store and i did not fewl wecomed at all over all this return ruined my whole uhaul experiance for ive been emailing the about the fact they are charging me for late fees for something that was not Late !

We scheduled pick up for 7 am, location didn't open until 9:00. They are a grocery store and clearly do not do much U-Haul business. It took a long time, and they had to contact customer support.

Very hard to locate, it was a store, market of some sort and very dirty. I had to go in a dirty store and go in the back storage room to fill out paperwork & climb over stuff to get there. It took forever they had to call for tech support to complete the process. We reserved online on Thurs. for Saturday. Pick up was at the corner of our house in Hayward, thought we were all set. Then Saturday moving day, 1 hour before pick up we get a text that our pick up location was Livermore which is 50 minutes away? We called customer service & were transferred around spoke to Tangy at the local customer service, she was extremely rude and could care less, she had major attitude it was like pulling teeth to get her to help us. End result we had to drive 25 min out of the way to even get a truck, pay for extra gas and add 3 hours on to our start time. We are VERY DISSATISFIED!!! Uhaul has gone downhill. Your calls should be monitored for quality assurance because I can assure you because of the customer service we received from TANGY we will NOT be back & will tell everyone of our UHaul experience.

A consistent sign or directions because we had to ask 4 people in a grocery store where the uhaul store was and they led us to the back warehouse. We waited in front of a computer for 15 minutes until the uhaul renting person came by.

Truck showed 0 GAS in the tank. I could not drive the truck with empty tank. Left the truck in the parking lot. Explained to the U-HAUL Vendor this is not acceptable. Vendor was not able to process the refund. Said must put 1 mile on the odometer although truck was not driven. I would like a full refund of $53.27 charged on my VISA card. Very bad experience.
