Charged over 80 dollars for a 19,99 dollar truck for 2 hours. Will not ever use uhaul again.

beth wFirst there were no auto transports available close. Then one that I had reserved at 535 E. Broadway in Louisville was canceled without anyone notifying me. On my own diligence I called to verify it was there and your person at a remote location told me it was canceled. They did reserve me a one way trailer in GA, but when I went to pick it up, the guy there still did not have the info that I had already given on the phone. Your new system is deeply flawed. I don't like it at all.
SIDNEY BThe location man was good, but when I took uhaul with 1/4 gas tank and tried to put fuel into it, the truck fuel line was cut and no gas was filling tank. It was pouring onto ground at gas station. We barely made it to location and had to call for the 20 ft truck to be towed. I want refund from uhaul. I couldn't get my furniture to my location. Please refund my costs because truck was inoperable. Please reply.
Cynthia BIt was difficult to find out 15 hours before I picked up the truck that the location had been changed from 2 miles from my house to a completely different town twenty miles away. Other than that, the service provided was very good.

Michael MWent to return equipment and no one was there. Sign in front of door stated not to return equipment until it was checked because I paid cash for deposit Richard cohran was going to keep deposit because he said it was late. I tried to call his personal phone multiple times Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday but never returned my calls. I went there on Tuesday and told him I would report him and then he changed return paperwork and deposit. He's a crook. I do a lot of business with U-Haul but never with his location again. He cost me 4 days of trips and wasted time. Poor excuse of a representative for your company

Danny TIt took over an hour to get the keys. No customer service. Then we were charged over an extra $100 even though it was barely used AND we returned it with more gas than when we got it. I will never use this site and will warn others.

John SMr. Cohran was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the U-Haul system. However, the 24 hour system that U-Haul has in place has many, many problems, over which the U-Haul operators have no control and U-Haul Corp. seems to have no answers to fix.
Gerard MI had issues using the 24/7 checkin/pickup. Luckily a UHaul field manage happens to show up. It even took him about 30-45minutes before I could get the code to obtain the truck key. Confusing program for those whom may not be super tech savvy.

Harold RMy son dropped off truck after hours. I called the next day to check out. The manager had already been working on checking out, but noted that moving pads were missing. I told her what had occurred when the truck was picked up and she apologized for U-Haul and said she would get the truck checked in for me. She called me a little while later and told me she had put in a refund request for the moving blankets and promptly emailed my receipt. I recommend this location, very clean and pleasant to work with.
