Service at this location was next level. They really care about taking care of customers and their needs.

Owens AThe personnel was very helpful but extremely overwhelmed by the amount of business when I returned the trailer. The lot is small and they didn't have enough room to fit all of the trailers. She was helpful but needed at least two or three others helping her.
William RThis site was very disorganized. Trailers were parked everywhere and not in any type of order. No one knew how to use the jack to lift the trailers to hook up or to take off. You couldn't find the office and there are no signs showing where the office is located.
Austin MI wanted to rent two hand trucks for boxes and they were not available. Please do better to have those items on hand that are offered on the website?
LIZ OIt's just a storage place. Was super busy in a college town. I always recommend you go to a dedicated Uhaul store if at all possible

Joseph AReservation was made over a month in advance. After reservation was confirmed a couple of days prior to rental, someone cancelled reservation. Customer Service was no help. Forwarded to 2 people in Traffic who could not have cared less. Miraculously, the cancelled reservation appeared again about an hour after numerous messages were left with Collegiate Storage and call to Customer Service and Traffic. Finally got the trailor but the stress involved in the process was horrible. UHaul used to be very good with the rental process and customer service; however, that is no longer the case. Very bad experience and on top of that, the trailor leaked water when it rained.

DAVID RThere was no one there. I had to park it, unhook it, then check it all back in. You should've been paying me to do someone else's job. Definitely would not recommend.
Adam TI called multiple times and left messages about dropping the Uhaul off but never got an answer. I stopped and filled the truck up less than a mile away (filled until the pump clicked off). Got billed for two gallons but the fuel hand was on full when dropped off. Charged a fee for dropping after closed, but again, called multiple times before 5:00 pm to drop off with no answer, no return call as of yet.

Charles VNoone was here when I dropped off. That was fine except that I had several issues with the rental and had no one to express those issues to.

Charles DThe 24/7 option is clumsy and difficult. Fortunately, the young man on the Haul phone line was extremely helpful in talking us through the process. It took about an hour; without him, we'd still be trying to get the truck.
William HHave to park on incline that slopes towards the main road. Have to find a brick to scotch the wheels.
Jeff JCheck-in was quick and convenient. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Truck was clean and in great working condition. 10 out of 10!
Michael MThe person who checked us in was really nice. My suggestions are to make sure to have all the equipment and pads requested through the internet. I was blindsided, but luckily the person helping me move had a small dolly. it would have been nice to know ahead of time to bring one with me. Same thing for the moving pads. I only received 6 and had to use my own blankets and didn't have enough.
Susan RThe trailer was at an overflow lot, not at the listed location. We had to follow the attendant to the lot. The lot was not paved and was muddy. We left with mud on our shoes and the truck. It would have been nice if the trailer had been at their location which has a paved parking lot.
David WThe trailer we rented did not have capability for padlock between trailer and towing vehicle. Made for a nerve-wracking drive. Otherwise, all was good.
