The check-in experience was one of the worst I have every had. I was a first-time user of the app. The requirement to verify yourself after you begin to check-in is a horrible user experience. I needed to go through multiple steps (uploading IDs, re-entering personal information) before having to verify my identity. The ID verification, where options include uploading a lease, passport or disclosing two contacts to call, is insane. Why would I have my passport at the pickup? Why, on Sunday afternoon, should I expect two contacts to answer the phone? Further, it was not a "personless" experience as I was led to believe. I needed to physically pick up the key from someone who had no idea what the process was. The van was perfect; the U-Haul experience around it was a 1 out of 10.

The moving equipment I paid for was not in the van and I got a late start as I ran around buying my own so I could still conduct my move.

The entire process of online check-in was very stressful and difficult to negotiate. I needed to spend an hour on the phone with customer service in order to get access to my truck.

The truck bed was clean, but the cab still had trash from last customer in the door pockets. I ordered 10 pads, but none came and with the remote pickup site no one to help me. I messaged a complaint and 3 days later no response. I was charged for the pads I didn't get and also the total was higher than what I agreed to at the start.

This was the most difficult, This was the most highly Novice transaction. Entirely from beginning end it was so unappealing. It was no ability to compare rates no ability To compare to the type of trips one way round trip drop off at a different location. This was the hottest thing to complete and I did not look forward to it at all and I know why now. I'm truly sorry but the Van was outstanding it was just really really There are no words
