This was the drop off location that was given even though I selected a different location. No one was there to drop off the trailer. The sign said open and had 2 numbers to call but no one answered those numbers either.

According to the website, the business was supposed to be open at 8am. Around 8:15, no one showed so I finally left the equipment and went home. I called customer service to find out how to get credit for returning it and was on hold for just over 16 minutes. After finally getting through, I was told I had to go back to the location I dropped the trailer off at and check out on my phone (customer service tried getting in touch with the site as well and couldn’t). I drove back and checked myself out online.

Terrible experience...Guy speaks little English...Offers no information...They charged my bank card before I returned the vehicle...Ended up charging me twice...Hated this place, will never use Uhaul again!!!!!!
