The ladies at the place didn't offer to help me and after talking with scheduling for over an hour the ladies at the office called someone and got it fixed in less than 10 minutes. All they kept telling me was I need to fix it before they can check it in, but was able to fix it before I could.

Razvan SWe have used this site several times and were satisfied. This experience was not up to par. First truck given would not start. Given second truck that was dirty and engine light remained on whole time. This was reported to desk staff. The desk staff however were very helpful.

Godiya YThe truck they rented to us the breaks were gone in it. If we had have loaded this truck and got to moving we could have got killed or killed someone else. Uhauls are suppose to be maintained like 18 wheelers when it comes to inspections.

We had a reservations to a store right next to our house which is going to be very convenient in a very few miles but we found out the last minute that the store end up being closed early and we were transferred to another store, which turned out to be a huge inconvenience for us, create a lot of stress and put us behind schedule

Andrew LVehicle was clean but one tire had very low air pressure (35 psi vs. desired 80 psi) triggering a warning light and the other 3 tires were low (65 psi vs. desired 80 psi). I added required air pressure at my home. Windshield wipers were in very poor condition and need replacement.

Jose DFolks at Comfort Storage were great! Very cordial and accommodating. Not so from Pinnacle storage in Simpsonville where I originally made the online reservation. It was only when I called, the day off, to confirm the rental that they told me me reservation had been moved. Had I not called I would have wasted my time driving to Pinnacle because of their lack of communication. Bravo to Comfort Storage! Pinnacle needs work.
Steve DVery upset over being overcharged for gas: $39 for 8 gallons and only used 40 miles on total mileage, rip off! I put 3,5 gallons in before returning and they added additional 8 gallons more after the fact. Nobody at location 3pm when I dropped off the truck so nobody to talk with. Thomas HI check in to pick up the truck and was asked by the front desk "do you want the dolly" to which I told them "no i actually dont need it". Front desk agreed to not provide the dolly and i went on my way. IM GETTING CHARGED $130 BECAUSE THEY THINK I STOLE IT! CHECK YOUR CAMERAS AND DONT BE DUMB, I DIDNT TAKE THE DANG THING!!!

Carolyn GMade the reservation with a location that was open on Sunday and my reservation was moved to a location that was not open on Sunday due to equipment availability. The location it was moved to was not very helpful with how the 24/7 process worked and didn't contact me that my reservation was moved until they were about to close. The 24/7 pick up process was not clear, could not use the app and was on the phone for over an hour to pick up my truck.

Ashleyjean EThe location for picking up the Uhal was great. However, the uhal experience itself was terrible. My pick up location was switched and no one told me so when arriving to pick it up at 8:00am there was no truck. I called and was hung up on after waiting on hold. Then called again and the first girl Balencia was awesome and the woman she transferred me to. Was rude and not apologetic at all. My whole morning of the move was throw off and made me late for next appointment . Which cost me. Never will use uhal again.
