Send customers to another location
Marco OWe needed an appliance dolly and furniture pads which the location had none of and made no attempt to assist further. We were not charged fir them, but it was inconvenient.
CLARK AI was over charged and not given the equipment I ordered.
Michael TThey did not verify the trailer was correctly hooked up, leading to a failure. I was in another state when my daughter picked up the trailer and attempted to tow it home; the first hill and the trailer came unhitched. I contacted the Rental Location immediately, looking for assistance; after placing me on several long holds, someone came back and said I would have to call roadside assistance. (I did pay extra for this) I asked for a phone number and received a phone number to a towing company in a completely different state. From my call for assistance, until the trailer reached its location only eight miles away, it was over four hours and almost 400! More than the cost of the original rental. I guess this wasn't the correct road side assistance number.
Ronda GEntire experience finding a truck when I reserved previously was a terrible experience. This location was the fourth one I went to and was not able to receive the correct pricing for what I reserved. I was told to call and U-Haul would support, Uhaual said rental location should have supported. I paid for safe move and didn't want that, I paid for a 15' truck when I reserved a 10', I had to buy an appliance dolly from Walmart because there were none available.

Raynaldo MHi, this is Joannie Trujillo. The truck was rented under my husband's name. Richard Trujillo. Reservation number 78450455. I spoke to you on the phone a bit ago about our U-Haul return time. We returned the U-Haul truck at the commerce city location on Saturday, April 20 at 8:49 PM. Not April 23rd and overcharge me because you didn't check in the truck in the following day as I was told.
Richard TThe store was too busy with 10 plus people in line and one open register. The parking lot was very busy with vehicles coming and going. I had to roam the store looking to find an employee. I unhooked the trailer and parked it myself and told them where it was and took photos.
Steve MI ordered a 17 foot truck at a location that was further away from my home because it was the only 17 foot truck that was available. When I came to pick it up, I was told that they only had a 15 foot truck. I had to make 2 trips because the truck wasn't big enough. When I returned the truck late, they tried to charge me for an extra day.

James PThe Uhaul had a very strong smell of vomit that was hard to bear. We wiped down all the seats with clorox wipes and they came up black. I would hope this truck is not rented again until it is detailed.
Alexis DThe return of the trailer had an issue. The system wanted to charge me for returning to a different location. I picked up and returned to the same place. The location had to call Uhaul to try to fix the issue. I still don't know how much I was charged for the entire rental.
rick kUpgrade your management software so the employees at third party locations don't struggle to use the website to check customers in and out. Employee was great, should've been done in less than five minutes. Took 15, most of which was repeatedly trying to access the website she's required to use
Ryver OThe pick up process was very very slow. The representative took a lot of time to get the U-Haul, maybe 20 minutes? When you go to pick up a moving truck, you are in a hurry and want it to be a swift and easy pick up process They were also a lot of hidden fees. When I put it online it was $120 but after paying at the kiosk it went up to 170. This was very disappointing and makes me not want to use U-Haul again.

jo lDue to lack of training I almost had an accident shortly after leaving the Ace Hardware store. The person hooking up the trailer did not know what they were doing at all. He did not tighten the hitch receiver at all. When I was going down the highway the trailer came off of the ball on my truck and almost caused me to crash. It was whipping back side to side forward and backwards. I was not pleased with this location or the gentleman that hooked the trailer up.

Al FWhy was I sent 30 minutes north of Denver from South Denver to pick up the trailer!!!! I passed a dozen places on the way there! And it was the second day the business ever rented out trailers. Another 45 minutes waiting for them to figure out the software. Terrible terrible coordination of services.
