The parking lot is a bit small for large trucks with the auto-hauling equipment.

I "reserved" (reserved used loosely) a truck in Milwaukee, however, the day before pickup i was told that I'd have to pick it up in Neenah WI, which was 1 1/2 hours away. Why bother to reserve a truck if your order can be changed. If that wasn't a big enough inconvenience - when I get there, they do not have a car tow, also "reserved". They kindly locate a car tow at a nearby service station. I want to add that the Uhaul employee and employee at hardware store were extremely apologetic and empathized with my obvious irritation. Although I was very upset, I still remained relatively calm and still professional. When I arrive at the gas station to get the car tow - the man there, whose English was not clearly spoken and was also less than professional had us wait for almost an hour BEFORE the employee who owned a hummer truck moved his vehicle from blocking the trailer and who was the same person that connected the trailer. I was extremely disappointed with my last rental experience.

Stayed there about 3 hours just to pick up a rental, the program wasn't the location but Uhaul. I don't think I will be using uhaul in the future or recommending someone to uhaul

This car transport is a beautiful piece of equipment. Hauled a car from oregon to wisconsin at highway speeds????? attendant kind of fumbled through the computer rental process but was quite pleasant. Good experience overall

The workers at this location had no idea how to deal with a return. I had to unhook myself.

The night before pick-up we received a call telling us the truck was at a location over a 1/2 an hour away from the destination that I had originally scheduled. When we finally got to the mobile. It took a very long time to even acquire the vehicle (over an hour).The inside of the truck smelled like smoke and was very dirty. Upon arrival at our scheduled pick up time, the person at the front desk told me the man who usually takes care of the trucks has left and wont be back for 2 or 3 hours. She told me I would need to come back later. I had to call your customer service line and have them argue with the gas station attendant until she gave up the keys. Overall very poor experience.

The attendant had no idea how to process my return. Also my invoice is incorrect based on an amended contract I established Saturday morning with a Uhaul representative (Trisha @ 608-221-0057)

Didn't get reimbursed for the gas we put in..we got the u-haul with a half of tank and gave it to the drop off site with a full tank..got charged the full amount when the drop off place said the we should have only been charged 154.00

Train the employee to understand the job. I arrived and talked to the worker and he right away said he don't have a truck for me. I had to explain to him that I was just told to pick up the truck from him. I had to wait 30min to get started with the process because he didn't know what to do [thank God I did the did all the paperwork before hand and paid]. He had to call his trainer or something to go through the verification process. I had to get on the phone to talk to a guy "Joey" to verify and finish the process. I was told a different rate as if I was doing a whole new order. He told me that I was to get the better rate and that I would be charged, reimbursed and recharged the new rate. I still have not seen any reimbursement happen in my bank account. By the time I was done it was an hour or so past my pick up time and I showed up early too. Very bad service.

Counter person did not seem to know what he was doing. We had reserved a dolly that we never got. We were supposed to get miles for free because we had to drive extra miles because a truck was not available in Oshkosh. We did not get credited for that. Horrible experience.
