Location and staff were good, but I would not recommend U Haul in general. I booked in advance and provided all the required documents (foreign driving license). Nobody bothered to contact or check while I had time. Only when I arrived at the location with license only you started asking for all additional documents, which I did not have. At the end had to cancel the reservation and book again from the counter. Price per mile turned out to be very different than in the original booking. So, unhappy overall. It would have been easier to rent from normal rental company.Sergey F.

very unprofessional waited an hour so the representative could figure out how to give me the van using the phone. And most importantly they had the miles on the van was wrong and i told her the miles on the van is different than what was written , she told me she will fix it in the system however she didn't and i am being charged for traveling more than 100 miles where i just went for 20 miles. and i am calling the place the are hanging up on me. please give me my money backShadi T.

The location was close to my home. The property was well maintained and appeared to be clean. I would not recommend due to the poor customer service of the employees who handled my transaction. I was rushed and policy and procedure was not handled properly. My experience as a customer was poor. Employees did little to make sure I was welcomed. I was immediately and very rudely informed I would not have access to the store due to COVID-19 and that I'd better off completing everything online before appearing at the door. This was completely understandable but the demeanor of employee Susan was down right rude. I will not be a repeat customer not will I refer the services.Norkeshia B.

The truck is bad..the tires are swaving to the left, needs alignment.the engine is leaking water and oil, the brakes are very bad...it was scary. I wont rent again and will never recommend to a friend or family member.Ronald I.

I cant even begin to comment on the crap show that is this location. I made an after hours 6:30 reservation and at 7:20 we arrived to pick up our Uhaul only to be told that we missed our hour window. We called the after hours number and wewre put on hold for an HOUR. once someone bothered to answer he had us open all three of the lock boxes because he didnt know which box had our key. Only one box out of the three had a key and it was for a 15' not the 10' that I had reserved. We said ok we will take this one as we had to move that night. We were told that was an in city unit and if we took the truck they gave us the keys to that they would have to fine us or even put out a missing vehicle report. This caused my husband and i both to have to take a day off of work to stay an extra night to handle this. The next morning the lady on duty only blammed the other girl for not putting the right key in and did not bother to apologize. By the time we were even able to get the truck and were told it was gassed up and ready to go, we get in and there is less than half a tank. This whole thing was ridiculous and the only saving grace was John Dade.Thomas J.
Lessen the charges. Everything is charged for. For example, take a deposit for the "blankets", and reimburse the renter if all returned. Why is such a ridiculous rate charged to the customer for gas, should less be in the tank?Audley A.

The truck ran horribly, the people were great and the facility was nice. I would recommend they retire that truck as its front end is loose and you have to slam the drivers door to shut it.Christopher D.

The door did not close completely and my major issue was that whoever entered my final receipt information put in the incorrect mileage. Even though the issue was resolved, I had to call and notify the location about the issue. I didn't appreciate that the information was entered incorrectly initially so my card was charged over 700 $instead of the 70 $.Farah N.

I had problems using the app. Had gotten all the way through the process and then there was an error. Fortunately the store was still open, so they were able to get me logged in and take care of me. I had requested blankets and those were not in the vehicle so I had to go back and get those. Fortunately I checked before I left their parking lot. But I was told they would be in the back of the vehicle. So between the app process not working properly and getting the blankets I was delayed by about a half hour to my destination.KATHERINE L.

I've had a far better experience at other UHAUL locations in the past. I've never waited as long at other locations when I reserved a truck online. The staff didn't seem to interact well with each other while dealing with customer with a difficult situation.Christopher M.
The movers tape that I purchased left a glue residue on my dryer and headboard when I used it. When I tryed to remove it pretty much just broke apart and left a sticky glue residue. Not upset about the faculty just the movers tape product. Had a great experience other than the movers tape.william C.

Pleas make sure there are alternative ways to get customers reservations ready to go if there are technical/computer issues. Also if customer has phone malfunction, there should be alternative ways to input license information. I waited 35 minutes to pick up a reservation because there were technical issues. I had to request other ways to get it done and eventually someone made a reservation for me elsewhere. I never had this problem before with uhaul. I'm Always in and out in under 15 minutes. HIGHLY disappointed.Marlena O.

Only reason I am putting poor review because I was charged 32 $and cents as fuel charge without any reason. I filled it up to where it was when I received truck. I drove 9. Something miles not even 10 miles and they expected me to fill back to 7/8th level.Tanmay S.

Better training with the representatives. I advised the representative to update my email on file when making the reservation. The email still went to the wrong email address. I attempted to check in online at 8am but I couldn't because the verification code continued to go the wrong email. I wanted outside until 9am. Once I was able to speak with a rep at the desk, she was rude to me about using the app/online to check in. I advised her of the situation and she didn't even apologize. Either way I was about to get a truck and get my stuff moved.Dwayne W.
The two ladies working in the front desk were very unprofessional and very disrespectful. You can play the phone conversation I had with Suzan and you will hear how rude and how disrespectful she was. I hope you guys are recording the phone calls for reservations. The other lady was very rude and was acting as if she was doing me a favor. She doesn't know how job either. I rented the dolly from her and she put it on the contract as if it was one way. She didn't know how to fix it either. She was also very disrespectful. I will never go back to that location nor will recommend that location to any of my friends.Bilel A.
