The trucks gear shift was actually stripped. This may need to be checked out the truck sputtered placed in drive

DARRYL JEvery step of the rental process was extremely difficult. They canceled my reservation and the gate code they provided did not open the door to the facility so I had to wait an hour for somebody to let me in and out.

William RI wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. I reserved a truck and my location was changed four times. The air conditioner didn't work and got hung up on when trying to call customer service.

Stephen HI did a mobile check in and never received the code. I called customer service and as if the hold time wasn't bad enough I had to call back 3 times because I was hung up on. So I had to pay movers to sit on they behind basically for almost 2 hours. Then they charge my card more than the amount on the receipt. This was the worst experience!

lilian wI ordered the self Pick up using mobile device for a cargo van and 2 utility carts, when we arrived to pick up the link wasn't working. Then I called the 800 # and the rep said she fixed the issue. We opened the lockbox to find an empty box with no key. This wasted an hour of our time as we had to wait until 9:30 for the place to open. Then we got the van and there were no carts. The website directed me to go this facility because the items needed were "in stock" and when I spoke to the rep in the office she said they didn't have any. She was kind enough to loan me her personal cart. Unfortunately this experience was not the best and I wouldn't use this facility again.

LLOYD LWe had to call customer service 5 times because we did not have all the necessary info to get our truck. We did not receive info to retrieve our key from the lockbox or the code to open the gate. We kept having to call to get the next step. The whole process took over 30 minutes while we had movers waiting for us at our house. I'm guessing we didn't receive the info because our rental location changed twice, but getting the vehicle was very frustrating. Other than that, the experience was good.
