Gabriel TorresI noticed that the ABS was light up, and it was asking for servicing of Stabilitrak and Traction Control. Also the front alignment was off by a bit so it tended to pull moderately to the right. The staff that I dealt with were wonderful and quick to take care of me. So other than a bit of better maintenance on the vehicle, everything went well and I was treated very well by the staff.

Amme CaveFirst, we were supposed to pick up UHaul in Boynton Beach, FL. The day before we were re-routed to a pickup location in Lantana, FL. When we arrived, we were told they only had one dolly and it was an appliance dolly. We said, that's okay, we would take it. We were then told they could not rent us the dolly because it was "not checked in" at their location. We tried to rent a dolly at a local rental center, but before renting it, we went to the 15 ft. truck and found that the Check Engine light was on. I could not take a truck and drive over 600 miles with a Check engine light. Lantana store then re-routed us to another store in West Palm Beach, FL to get a different truck. Finally, nearly 3 hours later (and now behind 3 hours for our moving help) we were able to load truck and begin our trip to Georgia. We had to stop and stay overnight in Lake City, FL because it was nearly midnight! We are extremely dissatisfied with UHaul and will certainly consider other options for our next rental.

OLGA GUERREROGiving a customer a 26' truck with only a quarter tank of gas could create challenges. Lucky for me I drove a total of 6 miles and I have experience driving large vehicles but for someone inexperienced pulling into a gas station first thing can be stressful.

Stephen KRISSBeen trying to cancel this since I booked it. Customer service chat said someone would contact me, never happened. Uhaul chat gave me a contact number for supposed Manager of the facility. Was for a manager in Nebraska. He text me back and said he couldn't get a hold of anyone at the facility either and joked no one in Florida must work. Said he sent and email to regional director and manager of facility. Still never heard from anyone. Will be charging back through my merchant. Uhaul said there was nothing they could do even though they helped me book it. Complete JOKE. Never seen a more piss poorly run facility or company. I'll never give uhaul my business again. I don't care how much cheaper or convenient you may have been. I'd rather cut my big toes off than deal with you degenerates again.

Leslie MandayBetter maintenance of vehicles, the truck I rented at minimum needed a tire alignment. The truck pulled violently to the right, without a load in the rear. Traveling at speeds above 40mins was dangerous. I brought this to the service location's attention about 20 mins after my pick up time.

Tracey JosephI will not be using your online reservations anymore. I ended up 2 hours driving from one location to the next because they didnt have the vehicle I reserved. From now on, I will reserve directly from this location. Your online service sucks
Magdiel Castro1. They sent me to a location I was told would have my vehicle ready and they did not have it so I had to take another Uber to a different location. Originally the reservation was $215, then at the first location I was charged $250, then when I sent to the third location and the final price was $275. So I don't know how the extra $60 in charges came from but I did not appreciate the inconveniences.
troy AndreaI would only say the location should provide guest Wi-Fi for customers renting a U-Haul truck or van. Trying to return the truck and starting the process on the app is terrible. There is no signal at this location and unable to finish the return process. I Was outside the building for an extra 10 minutes trying to get signal for the app to work. I had to call U-Haul on the phone to tell them I returned the truck. But the next day U-Haul took out an extra $65 from my bank because they thought I still had the truck in my possession. Then I had to make multiple calls to the location and then another one to U-Haul to fix the problem. Both claiming they didn't take out extra money when my bank statement clearly says they did. Finally, I guess a supervisor called and got it all straightened up. But it all could've been avoided if there was guest Wi-Fi so I can make my return properly. Just luckily I had the money in the bank so I wouldn't have been over drafted in my account.

Cheryl YuilleI was not satisfied with the U-haul the U-Haul was dirty inside especially the cup holder very filthy. In the back of the U-Haul they were broken glasses. I think if you're paying to rent a U-Haul or any vehicle at all it should be clean and presentable because you're paying for it.

cARLOS ParrenoAlthough the Van I rented was clean and the facility was a very easy process the Van had roaches in them. It is not the facilities fault because whoever rented it before had roaches and I know how hard it is to get rid of. But I used the Van for transporting food and decorations for my grandsons baby shower. I had to throw away a large amount of food and last minute order more and rent a vehicle from a local car rental agency. I lost a lot of money that day and the facility made sure I did not have to deal with any extra mileage due to more traveling to go back home and empty the VAN. I am glad they were so nice about it and understood what I had just gone through. U-Haul facilities should have regular exterminators spraying the vehicles.

DONALD ENGLEThe Uhaul website require phone/location and at times that can lead to issues with connectivity making it frustrating and time consuming. Although overall considering the images it is downloading once you get to that point it is pretty responsive.
