Brian SComplete shock when I opened the back and found the truck was full of dirt as if someone hauled mulch. I had to sweep and mop out back before movers could load my stuff, which cost me more money to have them wait for the truck to be cleaned out to do their job. When I returned truck the representative could care less when I said it was dirty and what I had to do to get moved…. THEIR JOB! not to mention I handed her the prior renters info that was left in truck basically proof they didn't check that truck. Communication completely sucks Uhaul doesn't care what happens or the money your out, but wants you to keep renting their trucks…. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
