I will never rent from uhaul again. It advertises 19,95 for the truck rental but it charges much more than that.buy total bill wasn't nowhere near that. Bc it was much more. $73 dollars m. They were not truthful.

My reservation started at 11am and I wasn't given my keys until 11:35am. The process for mobile pick up is NOT efficient.
