I experienced my best experience ever with Uhaul at this location. Props to Uhaul corporate for the online bit but these folks were very informative and helpful and kind and decent. Complete Auto is a great representative for Uhaul. I will also likely use this shop for their auto restoration services in the future and hopefully if I need to rent a truck again they'll still be available for that.

Just work on the app. Sometimes it doesn't cooperate and will need to be reinstalled when stuck

dominic gI did not get a copy of the in/out information or their address and phone number. I did not get the U-Haul folder. I asked to book for 24 hours but called U-Haul customer service about returning it the next day, and couldn't remember the location. They informed me that it was booked for 2 days. I remember the woman saying they were closed for the weekend and drop the keys in the box. I was surprised that the place was closed and surprised that it was booked for 2 days. Not a problem though.
Patty PThe name of the drop off location did not match the message I received from uhaul. The address was correct and there were other uhaul vehicles in the lot. The app couldn't confirm I was in the correct location and wouldn't let me check in after hours. I was charges for fuel but shouldn't have been.
