Clearer communication, spent an hour trying to get everything fixed at pickup, also moving blankets were not readily available, however Kyrell was very accommodating and helpful. Amber Reservation manager (Only amber west houston office) was very rude and argumentative when my wife and I expressed concerns about our pickup location when she called at 7:30p the night prior to pickup. That is way too late to change location on us. Will never use Uhaul again.

I picked up the vehicle in the evening when it was cool. After packing it all night with my team, I and a co-worker planned to head out for 18 hour drive the next morning due to the delivery needing to be completed by the next evening. Our AC would not function when we would drive past 45 mph. For an 18 hour drive, this was very inconvenient. After we made our trip and having to consistently slow down to get AC to flow, we spoke to representative at Uhaul when it was dropped off. We were told that the Uhaul customer service would take care of crediting us back some money for the inconvenience. After speaking to a representative and sending an email, I finally got a call only to find out that there would be no compensation for the travel. We were told that we HAD to call Road Side assistance if we had an issue in order to be compensated. The gentleman at the Uhaul store checked and confirmed our AC issue at drop off. I was on a deadline to make a trip and didnt have time to stop to unload an entire Uhaul on my own, which had commercial grade furniture. I've used Uhaul many times as we own hotels and transport many things. Never have I had this issue and this kind of poor customer service from the manager.

Never answered phone, would not return calls. trailer behind truck and other trailers in deep mud 150 feet from solid ground, you owe me a truck cleaning. Wheels on trailer rusted.

Horrible place. Unattended. Truck was parked in nasty deep mud. Pit bull inside the fence scared me. I had to go to another U-HAUL location to get my dolly and blankets.

Great customer service.. The young man who helped me was truly a blessing, he came thru for me. I was having the worst morning and God sent me to this location and I was able to rent a truck and move my things before I lost everything I owned. Thank you so much

It took an hour for me to get my UHAUL. Then when I came to return the the truck I could not access the property so I was there for 45 minutes trying to contact the location and the 800 number.

Phone 1 800 go U-Haul is a joke the whole line is ridiculous you get disconnected a lot of times or you can't hear my main complaint is not getting through and the hold line over 45 minutes on hold

Had a horrible experience. Took over an hour to get the truck and that was not acceptable as I was the only customer in the building. . I was not able to do the online checkout. I was told the price had increased by over $50.00. Overall your establishment made my moving into my new home a awful experience.

Kj was super helpful and stayed late with me to resolve my issues. If it wasn’t for his kindness and helpfulness, there was no way I would have been able to get the truck yesterday. He really went above and beyond
