Truck was not clean - coffee spills in the interior and floor was not swept - dirt on floor. Issue with picking up the truck - not the fault of Complete Solutions, but of UHaul online reservation service - reservation was transferred from the location I selected to the location UHaul determined where I need to pick the vehicle up. Very poor communication from UHaul online - location picked by UHaul online was substantially out of my way and took over 30 minutes to obtain the vehicle. Complete Solution did a good job of fixing the online issues. In rating the service Complete Solutions - Excellent - UHaul online - something below poor.THOMAS O.
I didn't mind that the site did not have everything I ordered, I am able to understand they are starting up. However, I found it unprofessional that the truck had personal items in the back. When asked they expected me to go out of my way to deliver their items to them. Had I not been in a serious time crunch, I likely would have obliged but I was already late on my move by an hour just awaiting the process of getting the truckSierra M.
Be more clear about â€œscheduled pickup times.â€ I scheduled a pickup at 8:30am was not allowed to pick it up until the business opened at 9am (I was not informed of this until I arrived at the pickup location), it then took another hour to check out my truck.John D.

The uhaul system was down when I was doing online drop off? I was worried I would be overcharged and it wouldn't accept my mileage input? Not good!Michelle B.

I do not recommend this location. I was very overcharged! I rented a15 ft ruck for almost 24 hours with an appliance dolly. I used the truck from 2/6/21 @ 12:09pm to 2/6/21 @5:06pm. The check in time has it documented at 11:55am on 2/7/21 which still puts the rental under the 24 hour time. I am not sure why i was charged for 2 days. As far as gasoline I have picture proof that is dated and timed that shows that the truck was not on 7/8ths of a tank when we rented it. it was right under 3/4ths of a tank. We put gasoline in the van which brought the van up to just over 3/4ths of a tank. I would never leave a truck with less gas than when we got it. We have borrowed U-haul trucks many times to know the policies. Leaving it at over 3/4ths is more than when i took off in the van. I am willing to send the pictures over if you need to see them. I have rented a van from you all 4 times this past year and this is the only issue that i have had. This is the only time i have rented from another location besides the downtown Springfield location. for that reason i will only be renting from the downtown hub in the future. Th sunset hub is not professional at all! This is not how you do business. I hope it is shut down very soon! This is not ok.MISTY S.

It would have been nice if Uhaul actually called to make sure everything was correct and set to go. Would have been nice if the truck I was to pick up at this location was actually there and I didn't have to drive to another location to actually pick up my truck. Driver side windshield wiper was half falling out and didn't wipe moisture off. Sticker had fallen off of a damaged spot on the truck and was not replaced so I had to take a picture and submit it.Adam B.
I scheduled for a U-Haul place right across the street from my house. Come to find out, the dealer did not respond to me and let me know that it was going to be at another dealership so the day of the moving day. I found out I had to drive an extra 24 miles to go pick it up. And at that time I lost out on $150 paying people to move because I had to go get the U-Haul somewhere else.Cody U.
The location is run down but the associates who helped us were awesome. Very friendly and pleasant staff.Denise S.
