This is not the problem of the site but the truck leaked water. This is the second time I have gotten a truck that leaked in the Grandma's Attic part and better company wide inspection should occur.

Ron NThe person who helped me was polite, but the cost of the vehicle was very shady and misleading. When 19,95 is displayed massively on the side, one expects to be near that with some taxes, etc. I was charged over $50, which is ridiculous for two hours use.

Met with John a few days prior to my rental to test my trailer connections to ensure no issues were encountered the day of my rental. The day of the rental he helped connect the trailer to my vehicle and check all the trailer lights. Complete Automotive Repair Specialists is going to be my go to for all my U-Haul rental needs. Excellent experience!

Fernando VI mistakenly went to the Middletown ct location and she was rude. They made move maneuver an26 ft uhaul through narrow passageways to turn around and go to the location on Cromwell. They would not move the uhaul in front of me in the checkin line so I had to back up and squeeze through. Very unprofessional establishment. Completed automotive on the other hand was a great experience.

Leslie MThe truck was FILTHY. I felt like I needed a shower just by looking at it. The truck only had 1/4 tank of gas which made it unusable for my roadtrip move. I spent about $180 in gas with the two fill ups. You people should allow unaffiliated places to refill the gas if you're going to charge the previous customer because you're only penalizing the next customer for the previous customer's mistake. The roll up cargo door was extremely difficult to open. Finally, the engine light came on just before I dropped the truck off. I wish I was able to pick the truck up from the Meriden location like I originally ordered. They always keep their equipment clean and well maintained.

JEFFREY RThe trailer I received had splitting tires. I called roadside assistance 40 miles into my trip due to excessive vibration. They had three people look at the trailer, only to tell me nothing was wrong with it. It wasn't until after I drove 800 miles - with it ruining my gas mileage - and demanded a new trailer on the other end that a competent person inspected the trailer and found the splitting tires. Then, to add insult to injury, I was charged twice for the rental - once for the entire trip with the original trailer, and then once for a half trip with the replacement. I plan to dispute both charges. This is the single worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.
ROBIN RI requested a furniture dolly that was not available. I understand that some items may not be available but I should have gotten a notice about it.
