The location was easy to find and convenient to find and pickup the trailer. The manager of facility was very cordial and on-line business was quick and convenient. Thank You for service and convenience. WLR

JoAnn TravisI was charged a $20 "after hours fee" without reason. I called the local dispatch office and they removed the fee, but it very much felt like the Compton's location attempted to sneak in an additional fee. The truck was poorly maintained and is in high need of maintenance. The dispatch staff were incredibly helpful through the entire process. They get an A+++ review. Shannon and her partner were both excellent

Linda SpearmanI'll never use U-haul again! My pick-up location was changed 10 minutes before I was going to pick it up, and threw my ENTIRE schedule off. Causing me to keep the truck longer than expected, use more gas, AND use more miles… like how is that okay!?!?!?! Instead of paying $20-I ended up paying $120 and only got a $50 credit that's still processing!!!!!!!! A shame. SMH. So disappointed.

Pamela ThompsonThey didn't have my equipments and they took it off the bill but never called or contacted me letting know that they dont have it. After calling the number they gave me they even were worst at communicating they promised me a call back by EOD but never heard from them. Cost me an extra $197 to buy the equipment and a day wasted not being able to do anything without the equipment. Total loss $197+ $450(min labor per day 3hr@$150)

Simone JenkinsUhaul didn't notify me that this drop off location was only for their open hours. Luckily I caught an employee on his way out and he was kind enough to open the gate and let me drop off the uhaul. He stuck around after their normal hours to help! I really appreciate the employee's kindness but wish uhaul would have specified that this location was not eligible for mobile drop off or anything later than business hours.

Judith HenceHad I known that this location was gated I wouldn't have rushed to move in a Saturday and would have taken my time to get do my new home city on Sunday, and probably would have completely redone my reservation. I had to leave the truck outside the gate and toss the keys over towards the office since there isn't a drop off key box. It also isn't well lit or well marked.

Phil BullockIt was pretty frustrating trying to pick up my truck the morning of my move. I'm not sure why I was nagged to check in early online (which I did), only to have to sit there outside the gate, take a selfie, take a picture of my driver's license, give out information of a friend who might be awake at 8am so you could call and verify I am who I say I am (when the selfie and the driver's license both did that), only to not call that friend so I bothered them for no reason. If you're going to offer early check-in, please make it actually matter on the day of.

susan HydeClear instructions on how to enter exit the facility after hours were not provided and although we figured out the number written on the bottom of the receipt was the entry code for the gate, we were unable to exit the facility using the same code. We tried calling but no one answered. I left a message and am currently still awaiting a response. Calling support now….

I understand things happening and I appreciate them finding me a van at another location, but the new location was very far out and I lost significant amount of time moving. Other than that, everything was great.

Mary IsomThis location has a fence and is locked at the end of business hours. There were no instructions with the gate code in the return process (or I was missing it because it was not clear at all) and I had to call uHaul, wait 25 minutes for someone to come on the line, and wait another 10 minutes for the customer service rep to find the lock code. It was not a pleasant experience after driving the truck all day and unloading it.

Andrea KhalilI wasn't able to drop the truck off at night (which would have been more convenient for me work-wise) because there is a gate around the location, but they were very accommodating in letting me bring the truck back the next morning. The lady behind the counter provided excellent customer service and even processed a gas refund for me.
