DAVID JULIAN AGUILAR GARAVITOI booked at 2,3 pm at a different location close to my house but ths vehicle wasn't available and I have to go to another place far from house which took me another half an hour. But Uhaul doesn't gave me any discount for this error from their side. Poor customer service from U haul.

farooqui bakshI arrived at 8am at the suggested new pick up location (Ambler not Walline( only to find the truck without a lock box or a key anywhere. I was able to finally get help but had to wait until 9am to get another truck at another location (and by the time I got home my movers had been waiting for one hour costing me an extra $90 plus tax. I returned the truck just before 6pm and then looked at my credit card statement and saw I was charged $117,46 and then another $66,67 which I don't know what it was for. The woman at the new pick-up location was good but I didn't understand why I was charged more.
Laura ForesterPerson in charge at this location didn't even want to step out of her office table. When we have receipt issues and credit card charges wrongly, she just keep saying that's U-Haul system problem. Even we (customer) cannot receive her rental receipt, it's U-Haul problem, nothing she can do, then disconnected our conversation. Poor service and none customer supports provided. Would not recommend to anyone.
Richard LoManager was rude and unhelpful. Windshield wipers were damaged, had to return vehicle due to poor visibility. Gas tank was empty although manager said it was full. Will not credit me for exoenses. Return key box was not as instructed, left key in box 5 without lock. Subsequent contacts by were gruesome and unexpectedly rude. Very bad experience in s moment of assistance from UHaul

Steve KanellakisLady was rude, store is small, she was on the phone when i picked up and when i left, Something sticky was spilled on the console, they charged me extra for gas even tho tank was over full had to call head office, thankfully i had pictures with time stamps, other random people behind the counter just watching will NOT go here again

istvan mikulaPathetic customer service. Charged for 20 ft, whereas 15 ft was used. Returned truck at 1:45pm. On the bill came 2:45 pm. Asked the lady to come and check gas tank which was full. Didn't respond as she was busy on phone on personal issues. On the bill$15 extra for gas charges. When complained, she becomes more rude and said go and complain. PATHETIC

Rajandeep RajandeepReview of Location: the actual location was very small and compact with no AC, And to make it worse the person handling me had at least 3 apparent family members present, taking up unnecessary space and speaking over myself and the attendant in a different language. This was very frustrating because it's already such a compact space and I think that is just bad customer service all, please be respectful. Review of Uhaul: this is my SECOND time that I have booked with Uhaul and after the fact a representative had to call me to change my location due to a lack of availability of a truck or something. To locations that are way out of the way. Additionally I was told for the new location that I HAD to return the truck to my original location, this was so inconvenient and also unfair to the customer since distance traveled plays into the price and if we have to drive ALL THE WAY BACK to the pickup location that makes it so inconvenient and defeats a main selling point of Uhaul. Also just update your website and stop making certain things available that you already know isn't. Overall Uhaul reps were still kind through the process but these added hiccups during an already stressful time of moving was very unpleasant!

Deroy SmallFirstly I had to wait for 1,5 hours to get the truck. Secondly the person who handed me keys was super annoying. I told him i got extension from uhaul amd will be returning truck at 5,3 pm instead of 11,3 am, i made that call out of courtesy to inform him but he was so mad and said I cant do it. Thirdly when I got the truck it had cigarette smell in it. Fourth when I returned the truck i was greeted by a lady who was that persons wife. Super annoying women, she acted as if she owns the truck and said i will charge you $250 more.She was just yelling for no reason. She could have talked decently and respectful but unfortunately such a bad experience. I said i will ask uhaul and I started the process online and then i went in to return the keys, she said you played smart. I never had such a bad experience ever with uhaul but this one was worst.
Harpreet BansalRental truck shook a lot as you're driving (probably bad alignment); inside windshield dirty from a previous coffee spill; no windshield washing fluid so I had to buy some (wish I kept receipt to get reimbursed). Pickup location is a dump..never going there again

I was instructed to take the vehicle from another parking lot which was 3 minutes away and while returning also I had to park at the same location and my money was not properly debited and credited the hold amount till now ( 11:18 pm). And no proper email about my usage or even a receipt. Please follow up with the location and get me the bill and proper money back. Thanks
