Spent over an hour after arriving to locked doors Bill was inflated with insurance that was previously declined Dealer was full of misinformation Beware this is the 2 nd occurrence that U haul was inflated my bill after using the online service

I will not use u-haul again. The people were fine. I don't choose to do business with a company that nickel and dime me to death.

It was a little junk place to pic up from. Weeds everywhere. It was gross.

There was nobody even at the drop off site. Doors were closed and locked up. The people responsible for checking in the truck at the drop off site didn't even check my vehicle back in. I had to call and make sure that I didn't get charged again.

Terrible location! Very unprofessional, check this location out it looks like a Crack house. We were told someone would be there to check the truck in and they didn't come told us to leave the keys in the truck and leave .They then tried to accuse us of damaging the truck and overcharged us! U HAUL should not have there name associated with these people!

Lights on trailer had short and blew a fuse on my truck. Replaced fuse, but shortly thereafter blew fuse again. No one on site to diagnosis and correct light issue. Also, ordered a dozen furniture pads - none were available. Rep called several other stores in area and I was told none available there either. I reserved the trailer in advance, so UHaul should either let me know none are going to be available OR use reasonable efforts to have them available. Very poor communication on U-Haul's part.

Not a thing! We were totally satisfied. Truck ran perfectly, and cab is comfy. Truck was neat and clean. Merci.
