Rita JTruck was low on oil had trash in the glove box nobody checked the water and oil and I don't know if they check the tires or not check engine light was on nobody seemed to care so I took the truck on face and made it safely to my destination then they overcharged me at the end because it was more miles to get to the dump place to dump the truck the nail out me for
Dale MI was over charged and wrongfully charged it's honestly an abuse. I left the truck with the gas provided and was still charged for it.

Vicki PPoor customer service. The rental had cigarette ashes all over the dash from previous renter, and the windows were covered in bugs. When renting the woman at the front desk never went to check the gas mileage or how full the gas tank was, she just randomly highlighted the page and said "have a nice day." so when we went to return the uhaul they tried stating that we used 90+ miles and that the uhaul only had 3/4 of a tank when it was at 3/4 of a tank when we put gas in the vehicle. Then the lady at the front desk was checking out other customers and putting our return off. We waited at the register for 45mins to return the uhaul. Definitely will not be renting here again.
HAILY SRental and check out of equipment went as smooth as can be expected. No changes are necessary.
Howard KApp and webpage need improvement. Set up for after hours and app wouldn't let us get the truck! Fortunately someone called us a short while later. He noticed we had trouble and met us back at the location, cut a key, and we were on our way an hour+ later.
SONIA MRude customer service, I put my card in file, and stated that another driver is picking up. They made him use his card and charge us both.
Melissa BTruck was dirty. Did not have requested furniture pads and after ~ 100 miles into trip had indicator light came on and truck had to be exchanged for a different one.

Ronald JI showed up on time to pick up my trailer which I ordered 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived, I was told they did not have the trailer I ordered and sent me to another location. I did not receive any notice of this change, so this problem wasted 1 hour of my time.

James JThe desk person was Not friendly at all..The outside help was outstanding. The trailer had graffiti on it, the rims look washed with dirt, some parking lights were out on the top side. With that said. Im grateful one was available even if not so appealing. Clerk could you use some customer service training. And I dropped off the trailer she says you need to use the app 2 return it. I didn't have the app so she waited for me to start looking for it. Finally I got to it and she said oh I went ahead and pulled it up on my computer. Then proceeded to tell me you're late I said yes I know I'm 30 minutes late she reiterated your late my final response was yes ma'am. She didn't seem to be in a good mood I perceive that and understood it probably had nothing to do with me.
Antonio JI rented a cargo trailer to haul furniture to keep it dry. RV5332E with license plate 4AG7611 out of CA leaked. I was very dissappointed to get to my location and find my furniture and my boxes wet inside the trailer I had rented.
Roger GCouldn't find an employee upon arriving. When I did, she was not very helpful. She told me to vaguely "pull over there and someone will come help you disconnect". Waited for a bit, no one ever came, just went ahead and did it myself next to another trailer.
Jerry CDoes not haul a corvette. Car is too low and the tire stops on front of the trailer tear the front bumper off the car
william cI had trouble from the VERY BEGINNING. PLEASE change your policy to allow prepaid debit cards to be used as REGULAR debit cards. When I returned my truck ON TIME I was still charged a 20 dollar after hour fee. The entire process was annoying and stressful. I will not be using U-Haul services any longer.
