LAWRENCE M.I would reccomend Contry Towing, but never Super Sudds, in Liberty, NY. After I scheduled the truck online and reserved it, it was not there. Then I was met with a rude woman who has no customer service skills and was a royal b...ch. Could not do anything other than give me an 800 #. I was refunded $50 but it never showed up on the end ticket.
PATRICKS K.This location is on the end of a lonely, dead end road. I was not confident that there was anything there onto I stumbled upon it. A sign at the beginning of the deal end indicating the a U-Haul exists there should help. Lastly, I was very disappointed that the Q-Way where my original reservation existed, was given away. I hit heavy traffic coming to that that location from Long Island. The dealer claimed that he sent me texts , which I never received, although I immediately got the one of the new reservation he made for me at a location I had to travel an extra half hour away to get to to. If nothing else, I was glad I got that new reservation, but I really should not have had the need to do so.
DAVID L.The drive from Middletown ny was a ride,truck had half a tank of gas which we nearly ran out of gas,no direction was given when I asked so I can pick up transport,when I got to Taconic NO allow,I had to drive 3hour through three counties total hours on road 10:30am -5:30pm,nearly6 hrs NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!UHAUL in Middletown ny on 211the worst services anyone can ever get☹

CHRISTOPH H.Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience. I had to go to four different uhaul locations to get my purchased moving supplies, blankets, and truck. The original pickup location did not have the truck or blankets. Then I get on the phone with a manager who gives me $50 off the rental, an extra day of rental, and 50 extra miles. Well the new pickup location was 30+ miles away from my apartment so thanks for the 20 extra miles I didn't need. I don't think $50 is adequate to compensate for a two hour delay in starting my move due to uhaul's mistake and I'm sure if the return location needed the truck on the original return date for another customer I would not have received an extra day of rental for free. Bottom line this is the 4th time I've rented with uhaul and the 2nd time I've had major problems with aquiring my rental. Unless I am given additional money to compensate me for my inconvenience I will be using one of your competitors for future moves and will reccomend my friends and family do the same. The workers at all sites were friendly and helpful. This a uhaul problem not an employee problem I'm angry about.

David E.My experience with this drop off location was tremendously a bad experience the worse one of life. I was called all types of &%$#* &^#@^% get the %$#@ off my property i dont even know what you *&^%# &*^#!# come to monticello for to &%$ up our lil town. All you ^&%#@ are the &%^$@!# same on welfare and tryna steal from me. I brought the uhaul truck back and was tryna get a cab n it took me over an hour to get a cab n he wasnt trying to hear nothing but wanted us ^%#$@ to get off his *%*#! property me and my two son 13 and 15yrs old.

Jean S.After dealing with UHAUL office it's self and being told the equipment I reserved was where i reserved it only to find out it wasn't. I had to reserve at this location and dealing with the folks at this location was extremely pleasant.
Kristopher W.They were really good and took the time to make sure we were fully satisfied and took the time to make any changes that we needed to make and also took the time to call and make sure the changes were done and we were not going to get charge for something that we didn't take very good customer satisfaction would recommend them to anybody and I will be using them some more for all my Towing needs
Joe C.The overall experience was very poor. We reserved a truck in 1 location and were called the day before pick up and were notified that there would not be a truck for pick up at that location instead we were sent to another location another 15 miles away and told we can pick up at 9 am. At 9:25 am that morning I dropped my husband at that new location and he called me a few minutes later stating that the place only opens at 10 am instead of 9 am. So we received misinformation and he had to wait around 35 minutes until they opened. Once this location opened they told my husband they do not have a truck for him, he has to go to another location. At the third location he picked up the truck at about 10:45 am putting us more than an hour behind schedule. We returned the truck that night at 12 am which means we kept the truck for a total of 1 day; less than 24 hours and a few days later I see a charge on my credit card charging us for keeping the truck for 4 days as they did not register that it was returned the same day. As of right now I have not received the credit for the extra charge yet on my credit card
