The additional equipment (dolly's, blankets, etc.) that I reserved, were not available and yet I got charged for them anyway. The location said they did not have it, but the option to reserve them on-line was available. Therefore, some system modification should be in place to correct availability as per location. So bad enough I did not get everything I reserved and I needed to find a work around for my move without the equipment I thought I reserved, I had to spend more of my time time reconciling additional charges over the phone.
