Easy and fast service and not hard on the pocket. But worked amazingly.
amy schatschneiderFrist if all truck was filthy smelled of cigarettes with mud and coffee spilled all over the interior empty smoke pack and coffee cups left in cab windshield was badly cracked and grinding on the Highway when we went to rent it the truck was parked in deep snow and Buried under a foot of snow. Rental place did not have a snow brush or scraper.
ROBERT NEILThe truck came back from a previous renter and I'm not sure if it came back late but it was filthy inside. Then, whoever had it was wearing so much cologne or perfume that it smelled really bad and strong. I had to have the windows rolled down the whole time I was using it. Good thing it was a warm day. I guess there wasn't another truck avaiable for me to use. I wasn't impressed and probably won't use this location again.

larry babiukI originally rented a 15 foot truck from this location upon picking it up. Someone had notified me that they did not have the truck I ordered they would give me a bigger one for the same price which was fine. We went to pick it up from this location at Cooper roofing. However, once we got it to The location of loading and opened up the back of the truck. It was full of shit. There was still a sofa left in it garbage left in it kids toys left in it, etc. so we took it back only then to be told once again, they could give us another truck, but we would have to traps through the snow And brush it off ourselves as the secretary was not able to leave the desk. We were finished our move early. Returned the truck only to find out that they had billed me more than my original bill. Still waiting on someone to call me back to resolve this issue.
Marcy SmithThis is our second time moving and renting through Cooper Roofing, I have recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so. They staff is lovely and the equipment is excellent.
Terrill YoungPassenger side windshield wiper was broken, and washer didn't work on the drivers side. It was a very slushy day, so this presented a significant problem. Also, the gas tank was empty when picked up, and after putting $165 worth of fuel into the truck, and returning the truck with 3/4 of a tank left I received no further gas credit.

Ryan IlniskyThe rental unit was buried in snow when I picked it up Ice build up everywhere On arrival I had to pay additional charges for extra mileage due to misleading information given from office clerk at pick up Extra 51 miles or approx 80 km on a straight drive through the prairies with no chance of a detour Unacceptable management and by the way they cannot check GPS on trucks to confirm travel path in a dispute on mileage so essentially you have to choice but to pay for their mistakes I do not recommend this outfit to anybody

DARRELL TORRAVILLEThe truck was in awful shape, very dirty, the wipers didn't clean the windshield making it extremely difficult for the driver to see out if on a snowy blowy day. I've used uhaul quite a few times, first time being disappointed.
Holly MoncrieffI rented a 15 foot truck which I couldn't actually get easily from the parking spot. Had to go into the yard, circle and drive out. If the yard had been closed would have been a bit of a problem. Otherwise everything great there!

Theresa WhittierThe trailer had an issue due to bumpy roads and the wiring broke near the connection to the frame. I was in my destination U-haul could have saved a call out on Saturday by letting me drop it off where I was. But overall a good experience.
Daniel AudetteThere was sugar in the bottom of my truck which sratch all my furniture the lock wasn't in mailbox no answer phone app was working and they try charging me more the agreed on said they would call back never did
Shylyne BrochuWhen I picked the truck up they said it had 3/4 tank of gas and I had to return the same amount of gas but it only had 5/8 of a tank of gas in it so I put more gas in it than was in it( almost 3/4 tank) and on the final bill they charged me an extra $11 gas fee.

Jennifer TrottierThe rental pick up is close to your workplace and this is why we select it. The office staff are very helpful and make the pick-up and drop quick. Areas for improvement at this time would be the cleanliness of the vehicle. The truck rental prior to me had used the truck in mud and this was evident by the interior of the vehicle.
