Timothy FThey were great! Much more helpful than my call to the regional office from me to find a 5x8 size I wanted. They didn't explain a 5x9 ramp trailer was not enclosed! Original pick up was Plymouth street Allentown - 5x8. Ramp trailer 5x9 in Hellertown, I didn't want a 6x12 trailer, which really decreased my gas mileage! 3rd option was Coopersburg. I'm very dissatisfied - and feel I should be somewhat compensated for extra gas money I spent- considering I booked trailer weeks in advance!

Fernando PI selected mobile check-in, but the process didn't work very well. I had to retry the link from my reservation email numerous times only to have it timeout or say that something else had gone wrong. Furthermore, despite my 9am reservation, there was no one at the location to give me the key to the truck after completing my sign-in. After about 30 minutes of waiting, someone finally arrived. Next, the initial mileage and gas tank level were incorrect. Thankfully, I took a picture when I first got in the truck and before I left. I was incorrectly charged for going over the mileage allotment when that was not the case. I sent a message to the email noted on my receipt for issues with the bill, but the email address is not valid. I'm pretty disappointed with my U-Haul experience.
Seth TI had 24/7 pick up, drop off. The process for approval stinks. Finally got through that with all of the pictures. Open the box where the key was supposed to be and there was no key. Thankfully someone was working at the location and went inside and emerged with the key.The drop off wasn't any easier. No place to park because there was a trash truck blocking the parking spots so I parked the return in the weeds out back. Then spent another 20 minutes taking pictures. The fact that you pay the $30 rental and $1,5 per mile is price gouging when you have to pay $112 to refill the fuel tank when your done. Totally not worth it. I'll take 9 trips with my SUV next time for all of this cost and hassle. Welcome to age of technology and crappy overpriced service. Thank you U-haul. By the way, don't call me. Said all I need to say.

ROBIN TEquipment was all ready to go on time and all the information about the rental was explained clearly which made it a very easy pickup/drop off. I would definitely use this location again to rent from U-Haul.

DEIDRE OFirstly the location was tiny and the lady there wasn't helpful at all. She apparently added the $70 insurance without even asking me. Didn't discuss price or anything but I needed to leave because I was on a time hack for traveling. As soon as I left the lot the trailer was making alot of noise. So I pulled over and saw the fender was loose. I took it back and she "tried" to fix it for about 2 minutes. And told me to take it 30 min north somewhere else because they didn't have time. They were a freaking auto shop on the side of the highway and couldn't fix it?! I was forced to tske it because they only had 1. Ontop of that the chains were too loose and dragging and when I hit home I had to ask my neighabor for tools to fix YOUR trailer so I can hit the road safely and it literally took 15 min with some crappy hand tools. Plus the trailer was extremely loud no cushion for the ramps to dull the noise. And half way through my trip the trailers right blinker went out so I got pulled over in TN but lucky the cop was a nice guy! AND lastly when I went to turn it it at the agreed location the lady at that shop said we don't tske tow dolly u need to take it to a different location! Absolutle worst experience ever. I want to talk to management because every step of this experience was absolutely a nightmare!

ALBANO GI made my reservation online drove a half hour north to Allied Auto on Emmaus Avenue in Allentown to pick up a trailer that I had reserved. Upon getting there I was told that they've never even rented trailers for you only trucks. My time is valuable. The whole reason I was renting the trailer was to pick up something I wanted purchased but by time I figured out where you had a trailer by using the telephone, not your website the seller has sold the item to somebody else so it was a complete waste of my time and day!!! The folks at Coopersburg Auto are a great Uhaul dealer. Your website cost me time, money and aggravation.

William MThe women at the drop off was very friendly and helpful, but the location is entirely TOO SMALL. It took quite some time and effort to maneuver a Silverado 2500 truck with an auto trailer in order to back the trailer into a parking spot. It was done, but the location is NOT large enough for what they are tasked with doing for Uhaul

Jordan NVery unhappy qouted one price got changed another. Was not told to bring truck with gas up to were it started though I had to return it full. So payed for gas I didn't use.

Kyle SThe drop location for trailers is down a driveway in a dirt lot (muddy from recent snow). The lot is not big enough to turn around in requiring above average skills for maneuvering trailers. For the average uhaul renter, this is not a recommended drop location.

Ivan VThis location charged me an add on fee even though U-Haul said I had up to 4 days and 5 hours to return the truck. The truck was returned within that time and I was still charged $86. From start to finish this was a frustrating move and I will use Ryder or some other rental service next time I need one.

Brian Pcall day or two ahead of time before picking up your order to make sure it is all there. My hand truck somehow got canceled and was not there which really made the whole reason for renting a truck useless. I can not blame the store for not having it when it was canceled but I sure like to know why and how did it get cancel
joseph bWent out of their way to help with rental would highly recommend this place two times I rented from uhaul and when time to pickup truck they weren’t there these people didn’t hesitate to help us out and kept a truck for us finely I had a good encounter with uhaul ppl
Gary WThe items we ordered for moving were not available at this site yet on Line let us rent and pay. The Site was not the issue Uhaul was. They also allowed us to rent a size that was not available at this site and then sent us elsewhere for pick up. Not cool.
