Great service! Would be good to know that the 10" trucks do not come with a ramp, but if they could also offer to rent one would be great.. the truck it's self was clean but the front window was a bit dirty. Otherwise I did get the truck I was wanting and it was at the location I ordered it from on the UHaul App. Very happy how it turned out.

istvan mI looked inside it before renting. I'll walk through it next time because this trailer smelled like a dead animal and was filthy inside. Rear sliding door on the inside was totally covered top to bottom/side to side with a greasy dark grey grime that permanently stained a white towel I used to rub it off. The walls were all covered in a dirty/sticky grime. Long red steaks down the walls in a bunch of area's in the back half of trailer. The wiring closest to the surge break spring had a makeshift electrical repair that was covered with blue electrical tape. 3 Missing rubber things for breakaway chain/saftey chains. Asked for them and no problem getting them.

Kerby APlace was closed at drop off time so this is entirely irrelevant. Drop off was 2 hours before regular opening time.
Derek NI was scheduled to drop off the trailer at 9:30 am on Yale Rd in Chilliwack on March 10/24 and I did. But, there was no one there, so I left the trailer and took time stamped pictures. I phoned Uhaul and left a message, but no response.
AARON LThe customer service was amazing, the employee was one of the nicest people I ever met. However, the discrepancy I had was another customer in line whom was rude not only to this wonderful lady that works at the uhaul, but to the other customers as well. I felt terrible for the employee having to deal with such harassment from such an individual. But as for the service….. couldn't have been better.

Western RI have never had such terrible service upon return of the trucks. Stephanie was beyond rude. I was told I was a liar. We in error filled up the truck full of fuel in both rental trucks which was just over 300.00. At first I was told there was nothing that can be done to reimburse this error and then eventually the story changed to be that we never returned the truck with a full tank of gas. Which is a lie. When my husband brought it back it was the first thing he said to the lady at the desk and she has admitted that. She never took the time to come out and do a walk around and verify with him. After many phone calls I was given an email address of a mason but after 2 weeks I assume he is not taking the time to respond to my email and concerns. An already stressful and expensive day has now become an even greater expense to us, these extra monies were definitely not in our budget. It is a terrible policy and I promise I will never use your service again and will let it be known to all of my family and friends how terrible of service I have received.

Because I had two names I needed a third person to verify the phone number. This was excessive considering one person can rent a U-Haul. Otherwise. The it was great. Thanks
Ashley GYour receptionist was a godsend she gave me excellent service and was very friendly I made reservations for a uhaul truck and for some reason you cancelled it and didn’t notify me so I ended up using a truck which cost me more money due to more trips so I would appreciate in the future you give notice and reason for cancellation over all she help me with the truck anyways
Laurel LStaff was very friendly and recommended. Truck Share 24/7 was hopeless. The app kept going round in circles. Needed to call Customer Care for 24/7 to get us going. The whole process took almost an hour. Next time we'll wait for the helpful staff to come on shift!

Peter SKaren communicated really well. The pickup experience was subpar as I couldn't get the app to scan my license. truck was well maintained - clean, and smelled good. Not having the truck I booked there cost me about 8 hours as I needed to do a full extra load needlesly.

VERNA STrailer was not clean. No jack. Had to pick the trailer up off the ground. No spare tire. Long way to travel without a spare tire. 2082 km.
Ken EThe people and customer service were not a problem at all. But I was rented out a trailer with a completely bald tire that blew mid-travel and a second wheel with a loose bearing that started falling off immediately after the first tire was changed. This sort of negligence put us in a lot of danger, particularly as we spent a significant portion of our trip in areas without cell reception and completely dark passes without much of a shoulder where semi's frequent.

Nancy MAmazing service at the branch we picked up and dropped off our truck. The only reason it's not 5 stars is one of the dollies we had reserved wasn't available for us. They did provide an alternate but it wasn't the same type of dolly.

Rick HThe sign at the road was small so we did have a bit of trouble finding the location but then we saw the U-Haul trucks in the yard. Karen was VERY helpful and nice. I had signed up to check in with mobile phone but then realized I had no idea how to do it. Karen helped with everything and we were very pleased with her help and everything about the rental!
Nancy MI would not recommend uhaul to anybody. We moved several towns over and our one way truck was switched to an in town truck without being informed. Nobody could help us over the phone and we had the worst experience moving ever
