Include in the check-in process the upload of the headshot, Driver's License, and two supplementary pieces on identification. It is inconvenient having to take care of that while sitting in my own car at the pick-up location.

Horrible no help what so ever late getting keys lock box for key wouldn't work lady I was on the phone with was acting like I was an idiot and very sarcastic horrible experience

Thanease RNo the truck wasn't clean it was sticky soda or or some unknown beverage in drink holder cigarette bud on door on driver side pieces of glass in back of truck. Getting the truck was a hassle. I requested a call before picking up the truck was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes didn't receive a call back till hours later from call back. Seem to me the agents I spoke with wasn't knowledgeable. 1. Agent wasn't able to tell me how I locate pickup truck option so I was transferred 2. Agent stated that the reason I'm not able to locate pickup option is because there's no trucks available at the pickup I reserve so we left and went to two other uhaul partner. While driving waiting for another agent to pick. I'm also requesting a chat on my other phone. Finally agent picks up I explain everything just for her to tell me that she do see the reservation. Then she hungup. Now it's a 98 balance. 103 I paid. I should've been giving a 50 credit due to someone starting truck not available driving around wasting gas just to go right back. I call in to get the time I'm suppose to return the truck due to me not getting the truck till 5:40 almost 6. The lady stated if uhaul is late you will be charged an additional day. So I kept one more day. Please explain to me what's going on?
Jaime JThe first truck was completely dead. The second truck had what appeared to be someone homeless living in the cab. It was full of belongings. Two backpacks, used dirty socks, underwear, and clothes. Plus personal effects. The uhaul rep told us to move the things to the dead truck. So we were tasked to move these nasty dirty things ourselves so we could take the only operational truck. Terrible experience.
Gabor KThe truck was filthy. It was coated in dog hair My husband is allergic to dogs. I had to pay 2 kids down the street to help. Because it made my husband react. There were cigarette butts and Gatorade bottles were left on floor board. The back of the U-haul had dog food all over. At time of pick up the U-haul was on Empty! Tony MThe whole online experience was poor. It took a long time for me to find the lockbox with the key. The cab had garbage left in it.
Nadine VI was told by an agent that since the small truck was unavailable i would not be charged the difference. Also there was only a little over a quarter tank of fuel when i got it now i am being charged over 74! There are many charges i was not informed about. What should have been a total charge of around a hundred and twenty has now come up to almost $600. I informed the lady that i was about to be homeless maybe she thought that meant stupid and she could treat me any old way. Whatever the problem was i am still disappointed in what Uhaul has become. Please have someone call me and we can try to come toghether on this bill. Thank you for your time. Sincerely Clara
Clara MI'm unsure why I would refill my truck if I was charged fuel anyway? I'm Confused. Now I am charged double. The site is good, The truck was in great condition. Self service was easy.
