The truckshare experience was horrible i will never go down that road again. I don't know if there was a message that indicated that this location was unmanned but if there's not there needs to be. Although I have used Uhaul for years i will consider other options before using this process again, I would have cancelled this one but the other local option had already rented all of their trucks, maybe someone new something that i didn't! But I do now,,,,,,,,

Had a reservation and there was no truck available. Had to drive 35 miles out of the way to get a truck. Did not get the appliance dolly we reserved. The blamks were in a pile in the back of the truck. (See the picture submitted in the app at the time of pick up. UNABLE TO USE THE BLANKETS BECAUSE THEY WERE ALL WET. Had to return the truck to the location picked up which was another 35 miles. Took 3 1/2 hours to pick up the truck and cost us another hour to return it. Horrible experience.
Philip SWe will never do a truck share again, no code given for gate access, had to call uhual, waited on hold for almost 30 mins, once we got ahold of uhual customer service was very helpful! Ck engine lite was on in truck, very dirty! We swept out truck and got a dust pan full of debris.
Brian DI wish I could have picked up at the location specified when reserving our uhaul. I also wish we could have received the size uhaul we originally reserved.
Jason SThere was no uhaul drop off box. The locked box they had was not locked at all. I had to take pictures to ensure they knew I dropped the truck and keys off. I was very uncomfortable with the whole exchange
