Didnt have dolly in uhaul truck. Made things hard moving. Nobody at store to get one. Charged me $14.00. I called and they said they would take off. Never did.
Brian RI waited 2 hours 15 minutes in the hot sun with my 10 year old and 4 year old twins for someone to come open your store. This was suppose to be a self check in. So as to why your office booked me one where it was not is beyond me. Then u over charged my card only for the car to say hey u have no reservation. I had a confirmation number and everything. I will be calling corporate office!
Crystal MCustomers representatives was not professional. They asked keep same one and keep occurring problem with online
SUNGI CU-Haul needs to get the rental process streamlined. It took 26 minutes to finally be able to drive away. Ridiculous. If you expect me to have the truck back on time you shouldn't eat into my rental time with outdated and snail speed technology.
