Don't make it so difficult to pick up and don't lie about the time customer left. Also checl equipment to ensure nothing is wrong. Our truck leaked ans damaged some of my belongings. Very displeased

Sharon H.I will never in my life rent from uhaul again. They charged me twice when i have photos of how much gas was in the truck when i got it the customer service and managers are horrible and rude. They tell you one thing and do another just so that they can get more money from you. And keep charging you even though they say they arent. Uhaul os the worst and they will never get my business again and i will make sure everyone knows about it.
