The website is not good. Confusing. Doesn't load. I had to call to get my order corrected since it is not clear especially regarding the option for moving help.

Darlene WThe location was great. There was an empty can of Pringles in the cab with some potato crisps on the floor - we took care of that easily. But the self check-in/check-out procedure is onerous. It's MUCH easier to go in and talk to the counter agent. And it takes a lot less time. I've used this half a dozen times. Never again.

Place was kept up nicely. I would absolutely recommend them and will be calling them when I move again in a few months! Thank you for everything! Angela AJust two points to serve as an improvement of services. The parking space upon check-out was too small for the rental vehicle. There were only 6 furniture pads, not 12.
Marcello ZThe price I was quoted and the price that I paid was not the same in fact I believe I was ripped off I've been doing business with U-Haul for over 20 years now and I'm accustomed to pay $100 deposit with you all so I'm not understanding how I was charged more money when I extended the vehicle and returned it full but yet the gentleman tried to say I was a gallon short that was very inconsiderate and like whoa they're in the business of taking money from people who are trying to make money the van was even infested with roaches and he tried to accuse me I had to let the man know that I did not use the truck for moving purposes I clearly just used the truck to go to work which means I only took my purse and maybe my lunch cooler out the house

Trenessa CYour customer service was very terrible. First, the lock for the truck didn't work, so I didn't feel comfortable having my items left overnight which was my situation. When returning the truck, I was hassled for being 30 minutes late to a reservation that wasn't even there yet. Then, Dan, or whoever the little man at the front was did not even want to answer any questions. Told me "we are done with business. Closed for the day" when I tried to ask another question. Who does that? I found it very weird and discriminatory. How do you not answer questions from a paying customer? I won't ever be returning to this business because that's not the way to handle it. Awful.
