I LOVED ALL OF THE Service they provided for me. I will be back to rent again thank you. Appreciate all the work.

Truck was filthy. Man refused to help put car on trailer we rented. Said he didn't want to be liable. But turned around and charged $45 to do it. Truck box leaked. Drove through rain and leaked on to our belongings.

I was charged a safetow coverage i did not ask for

Drop guy was busy and didn't have time to look at truck... Charged us more stating drop of was late because he didn't see the rental time drop off had been adjusted. Only reason I noticed because of an additional charge in my bank account and went to researching on my end. Had to call on Monday after rental drop off to have credited back to my account. He did this all after we left because he stated didn't have time.
