No personell on site. Had to call and talk over phone instead of face to face. Reserved hand truck and furniture pads were not available. Truck key was not labeled to identify which truck. Had to physically try key in each door.

Mark HThe guy who rents the trucks to you isn't on location and you have ask to clerk inside the location for the contact information for the guy to call him. In my experience I called him 8 times and texted before I was able to speak to him. It was almost an 40 mins before I could reach him.

Tiffany MVan I rented had a back cargo door that did not latch closed at the top. It leaked water over all of my possessions during a move. The van was dirty and smelled like a combination of wet dog, mold, and cat shit. The tank was nearly empty when I picked it up. There was a tire pressure sensor fault error on the dash upon pickup. There was trash left inside from previous renters. Location hassled me about my card being declined for an additional $20 after I complained that the dilapidated condition of the van damaged my belongings. Worst UHaul experience I have had.

Armenak PUhaul has a track record with me, of not having the equipment available and rerouting to a different location. My 11:45 rental was not available. I refused to incur extra inconvenience and mileage going to another location so I settled for your offer of a larger truck later in the day. The truck I received was damaged on the outside (no big, took photos so you wouldn't blame me), the inside was full of trash in the dash, floor and behind the seats (found as we attempted to leave it better than we found it). We received the truck on less than 1/4 tank (3/8 or whatever you show on your chart)! I called to request more time when I should have been requesting a full refund and you to honor the $50 guarantee for EVERY time I rented a truck and had to go to a secondary location to get it. The lady said she'd give us to 7pm and NOT charge an extra day. That's not what our receipt shows!!! I expected a $2 refund for mileage instead we have an extra $70 charge! Not happy with your customer service at all. Review the calls and fix your repeated mistakes at this point.

Saratan FIt was a different truck than I rented online (I rented a van and got a truck so he changed the price). There was no gas cap, the A/C didn't work, and the truck was messy.
Brent HMy experience with travel share have NOT been a frustration FREE one. The dealers are late arriving, thereby, causing me to pickup rental late, which causes me to arrive at my destination late. Furthermore, the vehicles are not clean enough for another family to rent, thereby, putting the next family in a position to rent an unclean truck/ cargo van
