The workers did not know what they were doing and they were using their phone to complete the transaction. They would not focus on helping us instead they would interrupt our work to help other customers so our visit took a lot longer than needed. They also double charged us and they said they did not even know they were a U-Haul distributor but were only a gas station. Our pick up location had to fix all of their mistakes.

I was very disappointed in the virtual check in process. I read all the information prior to picking up the truck and don' remember seeing that there could be a second layer of ID needed. I stood out in the parking lot next to the truck as the person on the phone first asked for a passport or other form of ID-why I would have that with me I don't know-then asked for a number to call to verify who I was. Thankfully my sister was available via phone late in the day to take the call. How does the rep even know who that was? It was a very frustrating process and I don't plan to use virtual check in again.

Used the 24/7 self rental for the first time. Due to low transmission Cellular service it took about 30 minutes to get thru the check out , but I assume things will go more smoothly when next I need to use this system now that I am in the system. If WiFi were available I believe Check out would have gone better.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. To begin my day I went to the location where I had reserved a 17’ van from online only for them to say “we’ve never had a 17’ van here before”. They were kind enough to call U-Haul and attempt to rectify the problem, only to be placed on hold for 15-20 minutes. The customer service rep had reserved a 20’ van from a location about 15 minutes in the opposite direction I needed to be. After arriving to a service station in the middle of nowhere, I attempted to confirm my reservation, but there was no cellular service in the area. I then called U-Haul once again to be placed on a shorter wait. When I was finally able to speak to someone there about my problems, they said “it’s not my problem that there isn’t cellular service in that area”. Thanks for the sympathy while I was attempting to rent from you! Please be aware of that your mobile app will only work in locations with service and provide a way for reps to work around such problems. Again, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I will never rent from U-Haul in the future. I’d love to get my money back, but I’m sure you’d find a way to screw that up as well!

We returned this truck on a Saturday morning, a time when most people are looking to move. This location was not open, not even for a few hours in the morning. We received a receipt for the return finally today, 5/9/2018 and it was incorrect. Date and time we returned it said 5/7/2018 at 7:00 AM not 5/5/2018 at 11:30 AM and it said we paid nothing previously which we did. This location is not well marked as a U-Haul place. Had there not been another U-Haul truck there we wouldn't have now it was the right place. Personnel inside the building were busy with gas station customers and with the deli customers. Had to stand around and wait for assistance.

Don't make us do it online!!!!! Nothing but issues.Should be as simple as walking in with credit card and driver's license.Hand me keys and on my way. Ladies at gas station help as much as they could.Never again.

There is no internet service or good cell service in the ares to do the quick check in. I had to have rep do it from her location to get the check in. The service was good

The signage advertised price is extremely misleading with the actual cost approximately $100 more.
