Very disappointed I was charged an after hours drop off fee. I've never been charged this before and I've rented a bunch through U-Haul. I will never use this location again

Didnt recieve the truck that i reserved. Was sent to another location arrived wasnt the truck i was told i was getting went through 2 different trucks was promised a big discount for all the issues also promised not to be charged the extra mileage and was still charged full amount plus the extra mileage didnt recieve the dolly i requested very unpleased

The truck was not swept out in back, had 1/4 tank of gas and i bought the insurance. She made sure to sell me the insurance but didnt bother to mention that bringing the truck back early they would charge me 20.00. The truck needs attention as the transmission acts funky. All the years i ve rented from uhaul i ve put more than required fuel, insurance and supplies but never have i been charged to bring a truck back early and i always do. The least they could have done was tell me. When you rent a truck your 9 out of 10 in a hurry and reading the tiny writing ,wasn't time. My daughter tried to log in the web site but we tried to verify truck number first question and it wouldn't work. Thats a hell of a way to make money, and i ll bet i m not the only person you guys didn t bother to tell.

The truck was not on 1/2 like they said and we brought it back with the same amount of gas and they still dinged us for 15.00. They were supposed to close at 5:00 and I noted that I would be there at 4:00. When I arrived they at 4:10, they were going to put the keys in the box and leave. The truck was in poor shape. The doors did not close properly as the weather stripping on both door were falling off. We move antique on a regular basis and always use Uhaul, we NEVER use this location again.
