The van had a strong pungent odor, we had to clean it before we used it. The person in the office was short and unaccommodating. it was dark throughout the store, he didn't attempt to turn on the lights. When I returned the vehicle the store was open and dark however there was no one in sight. Then I noticed I was charged for extra mileage after I told the guy I would be driving approximately 40+ miles both ways (80+ miles total), He entered the 40 miles which caused me to have to pay for mileage overage. A one-day rental for a $19,99 van and insurance should have been no more than $60-70 dollars was $100+. WAYYYY out of what I budgeted. I called the store and asked about it, the guy rudely said, "We wrote what you said."

Didn't have any contact with the personnel as it was a holiday weekend. Just dropped off the equipment and they handled everything. Made the drop off process super simple!

Pleasant, efficient experience. When I was unable to get the adjustable trailer hitch loose, the friendly young man at the desk came out and loosened it for me. Pleasant interaction. Good customer service.

Didn't even bother looking at truck when I was there and apparently did it a few days later. Said it was lower on gas than at pickup time which wasn't true.

I tried to pick up with the online function. After 4 attempts (and a solid 15 minutes), I still couldn't get the pick up taken care of so I had to go inside. Once I got inside, I found out that I would have had to go in anyway to get the key, so I don't understand the point of the online check in. This is no reflection on the service of the people at the store.
