I had to drive 30 miles to pick up equipment

Rick CTo start, I made this reservation for north Phoenix literally a month or two prior to the pickup date. I then get a call saying I have to drive almost 100 miles to Casa Grande. I immediately say this is unacceptable, and I was given this location in Black Canyon City. This is still 30 miles, much farther than my reservation, but at this point I'm desperate. We then arrive to the new location, and this is literally just a convenience store where the workers had no idea what they were doing. I would give the situation one star, however the field manager saved the day and did the reservation over the phone.

TIMOTHY CThe agent was okay except he sat there and told me where to drop it off and let him know when I was done so he could go check it out. Piss poor agents you have, I will say that... I parked it, unhooked it from my pkup by myself and he looked it over and said all is good, goodby.
Lonnie MThe person at the market didn't have internet, couldn't use his phone, didn't hook the emergency break up, didnt cross the chains, and duck taped the chains together so they didnt come loose and it took an hour. Horrible experience and may never come back to uhaul after. This wasn't where I was even supposed to pick it up. Had to drive 30 miles from where it was reserved for pickup.
