Jerry WI have used this location several times since moving into this area in September 2023. The location is very clean/tidy, easy in and out, and the on-site personnel are always pleasant and helpful.
Richard SI had to spend time in the ER due to an ankle I jury during moving. Was very understanding. Told me he would note the account and was very friendly dly on the phone.

Catherine HDon't like the mobil check in. If I dropped it off and didn't have a cell phone it would cost me 20 extra !! Seems stupid to pay an extra 20 for a $29 rental. Didn't used to be that way. Used to drop and go. I shouldn't have to pay you to do your 5 minute job. Most likely will not use U-Haul again for this useless new policy change.

Ronald HProbably should get it cleaned, before renting to customers... gentleman was nice and told us that the truck just came in and he didn't have time to clean it. We didn't have time to wait for it to be cleaned , so we said ok. I inquired about the military discount I was promised at reservation scheduling, he said it was on there, it wasn't., well, it was only 5 percent, I was told 10 percent. I asked for extra days and Xtra miles.

DOUGLAS WI didn't have any human interaction at the drop off since they were closed but it was easy to find, clean, organized lot and the instructions on the app for drop off were easy to follow then dropped key in easy to find box.

Lee EREAD FULL REVIEW Was supposed to pick up in Springdale and when I got there they told me it wasn't available and that I'd have to drive 30 minutes to get another one. I did not receive a phone call, text, or email from the original location saying that it wasn't available. Other than that, super friendly and quick to pick it up (beside 30 minute drive to pick it up).

Lisa BI was forced to this location when my GUARANTEED reservation was moved without proper notice. It was nearly 9 miles further away which meant I had to pay for added miles (both ways) plus added gas, not to mention the route to pick it up is one way in and one way out…heavy traffic during rush hour to pick it up then heavy traffic on college game day to return. Additionally, pick up was fine but truck was not checked at drop off. The worker was talking with other people and said he would check it in later. Leaving us with no recourse on mileage, gas, or damage accuracy. We were left to take pictures of the odometer and gas on our own as protection. While I'm sure this location is honest, not all are and customers should leave with verification they won't be over charged. Finally, this truck was chosen because there were no larger trucks available in our area. It should be made clearer on the truck description that it does not have a ramp! Lifting a washer and dryer was not fun. Overall terrible uhaul experience which leads me to believe it will be my last uhaul experience.
