I can't really rate the location as no one was there, besides the truck. The woman on the phone I spoke with to help me through the mobile process and getting the key from the box was awesome and patient! I'm sorry I can not remember her name but thank you so much! You were awesome!!!

The location doesn't appear to be staffed. Nobody was there, even though the owner texted me to confirm my arrival, he didn't tell me nobody would be there. I waited ten minutes then left to run an errand. I soon returned to find someone there waiting for me who had never checked anyone out before. Enough said. This part is about Uhaul corporate and their web site used for reserving equipment. Presenting multiple pages seeking upsell while hiding the option to skip that item was very frustrating and ended with a feeling that Uhaul is trying to trick me into buying things I don't want. Can't be trusted. I will be using other rental companies in the future.
