Clerk did not know how to operate computer, caused delay. Alll she knew how to do was threaten additional fees. Truck had TPMS warnings on three tires. I don't know why self check in and out was not available for this rental, but you need to enable it for this location.Robert V.

The only issue, and this is important, was the phone number listed on the UHaul website for this location was disconnected. I had to do a google search to find the correct phone number. The people at the location were friendly and helpful.CINDI G.

My reservation was for 10am. I received a call at 8am asking if I was coming to get van. It turned into a cluster. My husband walked to get van and I kept getting phone calls he couldn't rent it because it was in my name. I was 30 minutes away from site. I asked to cancel my reservation and allow husband to schedule. It took 55minutes to rent a van! Unacceptable. I was told if we didn't come now, (8am) to rent we would not be able to get at 10am! Terrible terrible terrible! Will never rent from this location again! Worst customer service eversteve A.

The guy at the counter was a condescending jerk. Would not help me, insulted me when I brought my contract in, didn't even show me where to put the contract, I don't think he even knew where the drop box was. He spent more time in the video gaming area than helping me. Total jackass, I will NEVER go to this location again, definitely ranks up there with the worst customer service experience I have ever had, the owner of this store should fire that jerk, he is definitely bad for business.CHRIS I.
Drop this location they were rude it took us 40 minutes to leave with truck they made us keep waiting everytime a customer came in finally I said we need to get going she said I need to be patient cause this is a business I said usually you finish your customers service she said the business came before Uhaul that was it for me if I didn't need the truck I would have left it.Townsend T.

I rent U-Haul trailers all the time for work, and this was the worst facility I've ever had to deal with. They left it up to the customer to locate the trailer and also hook it up. They walked out and did a visual afterwards but you're on your own. Also, upon return, I put the trailer in the same spot and I'm assuming the owner came out and asked that I move it to a different location after it was already disconnected. I informed him if he wanted to lift it up onto my hitch because it's very heavy, and I already had to do it myself that I would move it, but he refused. And then they would not put it in the system that I returned it even though it was there an hour before it was supposed to be so I had to call the 800 number and they had to call over to the U-Haul facility to tell them to return it. There was no way of getting a hold of them because the number on file is disconnected. This facility should not be renting out U-Haul products. It just makes U-Haul look very bad.Jason R.

Improve the online/mobile interface. I had to input information and take pictures many times before they were accepted. I'd get kicked out of my account repeatedly. Also, though I was told that I was doing mobile rental and return, but the system didn't allow it and I had to go in to the location to work with an employee (I guess the information for that location - that it was closed at 11am - was incorrect, and face-to-face check-in was possible after all).Birju P.

Figure out why the truckshare app isn't working. when uploading pictures it just sits there with no indication it is working. I spent 20 minutes fooling with it and another 5 on the phone before I gave up and had to go inside to complete the process. Truckshare would have made this a quick and painless experience if it worked, but all it did was waste 30 minutes of my time trying to use it and another 20 minutes inside the store. It should NEVER take that long! If someone figures out the truckshare concept and creates an app that works they will eat Uhaul alive.Donald L.
The vehicle pickup location has been changed multiple times and provided the vehicle 40 miles away from my place when I have reserved vehicle truck 4 days before pickup. very disappointed with the last minute change service. Also when I talk to customer service and told about the incident rather she got angry and hangup on me... called many times they disconnected my calls....Very unhappy with service for this time. Please do not change vehicle location at last times its very difficult when all things are scheduled.Mohsin A.

People were nice and accommodating. Selection is limited of course and the hours do not match what was on-line but they are open Sunday for drop off which was great.Jacques K.
I made an online reservation for a 15' truck and 24 moving pads. When I showed up, on time, the cashier stated she had no clue what to do and could not help me. I explained I had an online reservation and attempted to show her the email but she was not interested and instead called someone. Over the next half hour I was on the telephone as they searched for the reservation, tried to upsell, and then informed me they had no moving pads. I took the truck and left, now 30 minutes late, without moving pads and concerned for how my furniture would survive the move. There were no apologies or care for my dilemma. When I received my receipt after dropping the truck off early, I was upcharged for Safe Move insurance, which I specifically declined more than once. They are crooked. I contacted Uhaul customer service and stated to the very bad experience I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses. They agreed to remove the upcharge for Safe Move only. Today, I received another receipt with the up charge still evident. Lousy service, crooked agents, and an overall bad experience.Carl S.

My trailer rental went relatively smoothly because I was able to connect it to my vehicle without any assistance (no assistance was offered). However, both my pick-up and drop-off were delayed while the staff was arguing with other customers about their U Haul truck rentals. I felt particularly bad for the second customer who made a reservation weeks before, but was told they didn't have any trucks available. Now, there were two trucks on the lot, but the store said they still hadn't been checked in from their previous rentals and couldn't go back out right away. Also, when they finally assigned this man a truck, it had a vehicle trailer attached that the store wasn't keen to remove. I will be avoiding this location in the future.Luke M.
The cashier who greeted us was annoyed she had to help with the transaction as no one told her we were coming. She called her boss on her cell phone and let us use it to complete the pick-up process - which took over 20 minutes phone - but they did not seem prepared. The person we talked to on the phone was helpful but still was not an ideal pickup. Not to mention the location we picked from is not the location we secured the reservation at.Tammy D.

I was suppose to get a call from costumer services for a reimbursement because they messed up my order.chad B.
I showed up to get the van at 7am as scheduled and was pushed to the side so the woman behind the counter could take care of other customers. I was late for work due to this. I returned the van within the time rented and was charged for an additional day. When I returned the vehicle nobody was there to check me out and the phone rang for a while then a lady came out from behind the coolers and took the phone call leaving me there for another additional 10 minutes. I returned the van with 3/4 of a tank like I got it and was charged a gas fee along with another days use. The van was not checked when I brought it back and was told that it was ok to leave. I wouldn't go there for anything again including renting a van from UHzul. Customer service was on the lowest level and calling the corporate office today.Patrick A.
