Cynthia EmerlingFix your equipment before renting out. I would have rented a uhaul with air conditioning from some where else had I known prior to being charged that the A/C didn't work. Not even the courtesy of telling me it was not working. When I called to make sure they knew, they knew already and acted like it was ok. It was over 100* that day. No refund, no discount, nothing. Shame on this establishment. Bad business. Not satisfied at all.

chris banksThe people behind the counter were very nice but I was the only customer there and it took an hour and a half to complete the process. I had to do everything w another Uhaul person on the phone and my email and taking pictures and uploading. It was miserable and caused me to miss help I had scheduled to load my heavy pieces. I have called and requested a copy of my invoice which I NEVER have received and I now (30 days later) have received unknowingly another $31+ charge to my card that I have to track down. The truck was a terribly rough ride and not at all what I have experienced with Uhaul in the past. Very frustrating. Again, the lady behind the counter was very apologetic but had no authority to do anything for me.

lloyd sevinThere was a problem with the engine. I believe he said there was a knock or something. You might want to check it out before you let it go out again. He is a mechanic and can pick things out. But everyone was friendly.
Ross AdenThe owner has a cat inside the building. I told her I was allergic to cats and she just said she used to be too. She then expected me to attach the trailer. She said that Uhaul usually tells her if someone needs assistance. This was a HEAVY 6×9. Fortunately, her sister came with a jack and assisted. The store was just too much. I have a photo of the cat lying on the counter. In addition, the UHAUL website had the return location as the first place I tried to rent. It was only after I went there and couldn't use the service for return that I found out it needed to go back somewhere else. This made me late with the rental and I was charged extra fees.

Melissa CowanI made the reservation at my nearest location. When I got there at 7:30am to pick it up, the nice lady there for me they didn't have one. I checked my reservation and U-Haul had changed it to a location approximately 20 miles away without my knowledge not permission. Arrive I was in a bind at that point, I had no choice but to make the drive and go get it, using at least $15 in extra gasoline (thanks Joe) to pick it up and drop it off. Once I got there, the "uhaul lady" wasn't even there and had to do the checkout over the phone with the very nice lady that runs the country store. This was a very disappointing U-Haul experience created by U-Haul's failure to hold the reservation that they accepted. Feels like a Seinfeld episode.

Couldn't get the contract emailed and my return location was 45 min from where I moved to. Lady in the store was nice but she wasn't the rental person she called her on the phone.

Bryan Welchpaying $40 for returning the vehicle 2 hours past return time is unfair since we had a problem locating the place and there were no gas stations on the way to the store or between our destination and the store and the store had no gas pumps. Also extra mileage was charged. There should have been nothing charged for cleaning. I really don't place fault on store owner. I fault the U-Haul's policy and procedures and no flexability given to the store owner.

Johnmichael SmithHad no knowledge of truck and reservations. Had to call someone else and I had to talk to someone on the phone to rent the truck. The overall process of reservation was disappointing. Made reservation on line and when we called to verify, they did not have a truck and we were told you don't guarantee trucks for online reservation. Had to drive over 50 miles away to pick up next closest truck. We had to pay for gas to get the truck and it really hurt our budget. Will probably not use Uhaul again.

Christopher MoreheadThe woman who owns the country store where thenUhaul was located was very nice. The truck was supposed to be available at 4AM, but the online checkin was not working. I didn't get in touch with her until 6. I missed my movers and it took twice as long to move. Also, the truck was clean but needed an oil change and maintenance- lock on back was broken.

Chris LincolnThe cleaning fee of $25 was to much. It would have been nice if you guys would inform the customers of all the extra fees that come along with the rental. I think its poor business to not inform customers so that they can make a better informed decision. 9 out of ten times I probably will not use this company again.
