These people do not even speak English. Beyond rude. They throw a key across the counter and that's it. You are on your own! Vehicles and equipment are parked in the mud. They don't check anything. I want a refund of the extra money I was charged. Hateful rude U-haul representatives. Will never use them again.

Remote. The gas station attendant was pleasant enough. the gas was convenient for the refill. there as no dropbox apparent at this location. the 9pm closing time would be convenient.

Harold BIt's a vape shop filled with gambling addicts. Also, I was told I could drop the tow dolly at any location. I was not informed that it had to be "open," and therefore I wasted my time going to a more convenient location before having to call customer service to figure out why the app wasn't working. You could make the app tell me I needed to be at a location that was staffed.
Karen NWe will never use your services again. We feel very mislead by your company and the country store. We were told we paid a 100 dollar deposit which would be returned to us upon bringing the rental back. We asked the store did we put fuel in the truck he told us no it's OK. We rented the uhaul on the 10th of February, and it has taken until the 23 to finally get a actual breakdown of charges. Also we were told the rental was 29,99 a day only to get a text message that evening that the truck had to be returned that same evening by 10pm. The store owner stated we only rented it for 6 hours which would have been asissain being we were moving from Alamaba to Georgia. Thus I called your company to get an extension. They were very nice. We needed the 100$ back that we gave for a deposit, We understand that we had to pay for gas, for mialige etc, we just feel like we were very mislead. We don't have 243 for a rental truck. We are a struggling family like most everyone is in these times. Your reps should make your changes a little more clear as to what someone will be charged. A family like us can't afford to have a deposit held for 2 to 3 weeks. We needed that money to survive as the move had already cost so much.
Mustapha BOur pickup location was changed from our choice, which was 10 minutes from our house, to an hour away, 2 days before moving day. This was highly inconvenient and caused a lot of stress regarding pickup and transport back to our loading location. Also, our 24 requested blankets were not on the truck. We had a lot of damaged and scraped furniture due to not having the proper packing materials. Not happy.

When I returned the truck, it took 3 days before they finally closed out my contract, and I got 3 receipts from them so I have no idea what I have been charged and what I was actually refunded.

Rosanna GI returned the trailer within a few hours after rental. None of my links worked for self check in. Kept saying I had no reservation. I had to call was on hold for 26 minutes when I had to be else where. Today o get a extra day charge for extra rental on my card after I spoke to someone yesterday and they said they inputtes many that I returned the trailer same day and what time. Also noted that I had to hold for service for a long time. I was pretty disappointed about my service this time around as I have rented quite a few times from uhual.

Robert JI forgot to mention to the vendor that the passenger side blinker did not blink. The running lights and break light worked fine but it did not blink when was supposed to. Aside from that my experience with the vendor was great
Joshua CBoth locations were rude the pick location never once looked at the truck we left with under a 1/4 of a tank of gas and they never went over any mileage it was over 50 miles one way to our new address. The second location said we had to put a 1/2 tank of gas in the truck which we did and then charged us for going over mileage because we had to drive the truck back to them and an entire other day of rental. It will be the last time we rent from any I haul and we will make sure to tell everyone we know what crooks y'all are!

Dean CPutting on yelp and social media. Picked up in GA. Check out clerk wouldn't get out from behind counter. Trailer in muddy dirty area. Didn't leave the nuilding! I hooked up myself in a muddy grass lot! Drove to SC. Dropped off on mud lot. Left. And got charged $16 after the fact for a cleaning fee. On a open trailer car transport??? SERIOUSLY. I will identify both addresses on social media and yelp. Total BS. If there was any risk of fee, say something. I would have run the 500 meters to the NEXT DOOR CAR EFFIN WASH. Rabbit punch fee after a fairly disappointing hook up was over the top. Insult to injury. You guys are the only nationwide trailer rental gig and that is depressing. Your franchises are seriously lacking customer service and are tarnishing your reputation. I frequently use uhaul. I will definitely be looking in to alternatives going forward.
Michael HWhen my wife booked the rental online the price it gave us was 67 when I went to pick up it was 229.00. I can understand the 75 deposit added on, but not the difference in price. From 67 to 229 in a large jump. Also the drop off location the guy gave me was closed and he told me it would be open. I had to call the 1800 number to get a different drop off location. The lady there was nice and helpful.
Sylvester EInside of truck was very dirty. We had to clean and sweep it out before we loaded anything. The cab of the truck was also dirty. Cracker crumbs all in the seat, crushed candy in the drink holder. It was not checked after the last time it was rented.

Robin CTook forever to get the equipment, despite my having reserved everything and entered all the info in advance - the person in the store couldn't do it and had to put me on the phone to someone else, who couldn't access the online information. Then when I made a change to the reservation, they overcharged me. I rent uhaul a lot and this was my worst experience by far.

WAYNE KHave a larger selection of vehicles. On your larger vehicles purchase some with diesel engines. Gas burners for a 26 ft vehicle uses way to much gas. I went only 102 miles and it cost $43 to put a quarter of a tank back in it.
