Not so much with the location but with your reps that are from corporate. I needed to extend my rental and I tried to call and got no response from corporate as the local U-Haul office was closed for the weekend. So the next morning a corporate rep called me and was very very rude would not allow me to extend my rental was going to make me pay some fines if I did not return my rental. Would not listen me and interrupted me multiple times. If this is how corporate operate then I will take my business else where.

Fast friendly service will use these people again

Very professional and up to date. Trailer was in early and ready to go. Worked very well on the road.

The location itself was fine, nice people. My problem was that I had to drive to the next town to get the truck. I expected to [pick it up at the LARGE U-Haul center just blocks from my home.

Tire pressures were never checked

This location has been a great convenience for me. With the online service, I'm in and out quickly.

I new dropping U-Haul here would be great! Came right out to help me threw the return process!

Fix U-Haul software/website. Slow and not user friendly. Frequently stalled and had to start again. Personnel at locations were friendly and helpful

Provide a service instead of saying please just check-in online we don't have time or the personnel to do it.

The place we pick it up couldn't even get on the computer to check us in! Nobody there could remember passwords! So he said just go and we will get it working. Took over 30 minutes to get us going!

We were charged 74$ for returning the truck 1.5hrs late after we had to up and move across the country, moved our stuff in the rain and we were exhausted. Your trucks say only 40$ a day extra, but really, you charged us 74$ for being an hour and a half late, even though we are loyal Uhual customers. And during a pandemic? Horrible, just horrible.
