Lack of personnel to get the vehicle checked in promptly.
Ronald NWaited for 20mins for someone to help with it was told when I got there that my card wasn't going to work so I had to cash app my fiancé so we could pay it. Before it went threw they charged them with overdrafted their account due to them not waiting.
Joseph RYour website is terrible. Not user friendly and I could not complete my online check in. Had to do it at the store. Would not download and store my drivers license
